Thinking about the Charles Material and the focus the 33 have on the genepool made me think of pot. Reason being that pot has surely evolved over the years mostly by breeding out bad genetics and producing good stable hybrids. Do you then believe the Elites of Empire (not just the 33, but all of the families of the rulers near the top 1% of the financial pyramid, who control the world) feed GMOs to their children and grandchildren? Have their children vaccinated with standard-issue vaccines? Make them drink fluoride in their water? Force them to breathe polluted air? Keep them stressed-out with fear?

If yes, wow, these monsters are committed. And insane.

If no, then the offspring of the 5% they want to keep around will be a lot stronger than them, and the Earth that their grandchildren and great-grandchildren inherit will be devoid of not only a huge array of experiences in human interaction, they will have an Earth where at least 50% to 75% of all species will be wiped out, maybe even more as the food web collapses. The things that make Earth precious are not gold or control over the masses, the treasures of the Earth are myriad life forms, diverse habitat, and awe-inspiring natural landscapes and seascapes from microcosm to macrocosm. If they cannot see this, if they do not realize this...then maybe we are dealing with retardation from inbreeding.

My guess is that there is a faction of Elites that very much realize that this has gone too far, they see Earth's true treasures being destroyed, and they want to stop it. Maybe they don't know how to stop it at this point. Well, I do, so if they want to know, they should ask me.

By what I wrote I'm saying that everyone here is playing a part in the growth and development of mankind. Even the elite (33, iiluminati, or whatever you call them) have their lessons to learn. Some are here to learn about love while others are here to learn about hate. Learn about hate you may ask? Yes. Some need to experience hate in order to love. I have used the same method with cannabis, it is necessary to "Get the best", take the best qualities from every strain. To make the super strain.

To be clear, I do not condone or believe outright murder, or genocide is effective. But I do think that (over time) selecting the best DNA will bring the very best out of humanity if done properly.

This could also be done to bring out the worst qualities of humanity. I see absolutely no reason why anyone would want to do that though.

I have personally always assumed this was what has been done with Really advanced civilizations. On or off this planet. I think thats why some ET races seem to be so advanced intellectually and spiritually. only possessing the best qualities. Even if we dont always see them as "good" qualities. It would seem they do.

The fact that this is a experiment I knew before listening to Charles. There are other sources out there who know are history. This link is a Esoteric history by someone who has put channelings and other sources together to show a time line of the history of Earth. I don't think this is by any means complete and totally accurate but it brings out some interesting stuff when compared to other information available like the Mayan Calendar which dates back to the beginning of creation 16 billion years ago.

You speak like someone who sounds deep, yet you forget the fundamental issue that these are people's lives being tampered with...so what if the world is overpopulated, we are all here for a reason, and the universe has it's own mechanisms to create balance..so who are you as a human being to dictate someone's destiny in the name of improving the stock?

No harm done you say? what about those people who have no idea that they're being manipulated, yet they die without achieving their full potential, because of avoidable situations, like designer diseases?..while we are not perfect, humanity should seek perfection out of it's own volition, not by circumstances being imposed upon them.

I speak from the view of the material not my personal view point or belief. I'm trying to put ALL the pieces together to see a big picture. Trust me I do not like that things are this way or things are done a certain way. So don't speak about this from belief but more by observation. When thoughts come to me I put them out there to see what I get back so I can have more input and understanding on a subject.

The flesh is temporary. So in a sense there is no harm done because we will all make it pass this stage eventually. If someone don't achieve what they were here to do they just come back until they do, reincarnation. Some who dies horrifically might do so to teach some else a lesson. I mean why does a child come into this world starving and lives a short life? It is a small part to play but yet that soul came and played it. Everyone's life has been tampered with and interfered with. So what is the reason for it? What is the reason for this duality? Obviously there is something of value that must come out of all this pain and anguish or we would not be living it. I for one would not have volunteered to come here knowing that there was nothing to gain from this experiment/experience. I hate violence, lies, deceit and the like. I'm like you I just want to live in peace and love with my fellow men but obviously we can't at this stage but hopefully soon.
