Yesterday a meteor flew over New York and today one flew over the UK – but I didn’t see any mention of it in the mainstream news here in Australia. I went onto the abc online news site and did a scroll through the ‘just in section', but found nothing.
http://hisz.rsoe.hu/alertmap/index2.php
Then I checked for the 6.1 earthquake in Indonesia that happened today. I have seen nothing on the ‘just in’ on the abc online news – and it isn’t on the RSOE site.
http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsww/Quakes/usb0001eez.php
I’m wondering what’s going on. Do you think maybe the mainstream are getting a bit confused about what they can and can’t report on? (thinking about how the earthquake clusters at Yellowstone were removed recently)
It seems to me that 2 meteors and a 6.1 earthquake would make the news – but, maybe I missed it. Has anybody else in Australia heard mainstream reports about it all?

There probably won't be too much coverage of Earth changes and other phenomena etc in an enlightening way by the msm but there will be plenty of "bad news" and fear related stories covered. It's actually very interesting to watch the way that the msm presents certain topics when they do cover some items.Say take 2012 for example. It's treated as a y2k type of event and is usually dismissed. There has been no mention of all of the changes going on in the world being related in any sort of way.

Hi Shikasta - I'm pretty sure the USG yesterday is our today. Makes it confusing - but the 6.1 earthquake in Indonesia was definitely today. I've been checking the bom site through the day to see if there were any tsunami warnings - but got nothing.

A meteorite or something crashed in Columbia a few months ago making a hole in the ground the size of a football field and it only made a quick news story in that country but nowhere else at all ( there are videos of it on Youtube ).
My thoughts at the time were that it was odd. I imagined a reason but it's only my own thoughts.
If something very big is heading our way, Planet x, that would be a story they knew they would have to keep wrapped up until they are told what and when to say anything about it. If the meteorites are associated with the approaching object they have probably been told to ignore those too.
If there are many more unreported meteorites and earth shudders I'll assume they are all related to one big "blackout" that's forbidden from the news.

I would like to point out that the great Socrates once said: The unexamined life is not worth living http://rationalia.com/z/cheese1.gif
Back to topic. Here, in good olde Shermany..... the earth rumbles too, without much fanfare:
An earthquake measuring at least 4.4 on the Richter scale shook the Rhine-Main region on Monday. According to geologists, earthquakes of such magnitude are rare in Germany.
"For Germany that's really quite hefty, but seen globally a quake of this strength is nothing special," said a spokesman for the Geological Research Centre in Potsdam.
I watch no TV so am grateful for threads such as these.

Not a bean here witchy, btw, Alex Jones is now talking about the pole shift, he's never gone there previously. Interesting. Today he touched on it, saying that upon some research he needs to devote a complete show to it (3 hours). He said in a recent show that he'd never report on anything to do with 2012, Mayan prophecy, pole-shifts. Mmmm....interesting turn-around....
Cheers to all

Witchy?
I'm flattered :)
(Don't let it go to your head, Witchy.)
Was the Alex Jones show where he discussed the pole shift today, Lily? I listened to an episode recently where he talked for 15 minutes or so about doing an interview on it the next day - so, I tuned in the next day and he spent around 5 minutes on pretty much giving it the brush off.
I found that interesting - he seemed to be far more taken up with the news that now the government could just cut his show.
I don't know if it was an evasion tactic, or not.
I haven't tuned into his show since then so don't know if he's discussed it properly or not. If he has can you give me the date of the show you mean?

I think sometimes the news skips the reporting of earthquaques and near miss meteors because it happens fairly often.
You can follow the amount of earthquaques on the USGS site here:
http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsww/Quakes/quakes_all.html
And you can find the Earth close approach table for meteors e.g. here:

I think it's more that the mainstream media is controlled and all the information they give out is filtered, Krullenjongen.
And now I don't much trust the USGS. A few days ago they removed a cluster of earthquakes at Yellowstone from the site.
I'm more inclined to think that lots of earth changes are starting to happen which might make people look around them and start to put 2 and 2 together.
Think of the lo-o-o-o-ong list of animals that have died en masse recently. That is definitely worthy of reporting on and investigating, but...haven't heard much about it at all.

I don't look TV so i cant help you with that :)
But i look at internet.
Do you use EQUAKE3d? thats an awesome litlle program to see the earthquakes.
A thing what worries me is that there are also earthquakes at the gulfspill only then more up , into amerika.
Theres a big gas chamber under amerika.
This could get a really big disaster. Millions could get killed.
Did you heared anything about the oilspill recently?
No ? so know you know , they own the media , Charles and his friends..Its their biggest weapon really.

I have heard on the Bill Deagle radio show, that the Richter scales have been adjusted. What formerly was an 8.5 earthquake is now an 7.5. Sadly I do not remember who was it that made this statement.
I Googled, but could not find it. Maybe someone else knows more about this?
And the news? Its a real farce, just like the programs on TV, it does not educate in any way!

G'day,
Is this where the Aussie's are hangin, (LOL)
hay, I remember Dr Deagle talking to someone I think at the end of last year who said that a bunch of goons with no ID were hassling a fella from USA who was in charge of some seismic sensors on a particular hill or mountain which was on private property.
They were threats against him, he was told to turn down the sensitivity of the sensors so they registered a lot less than they should, he did not do what they asked (told) him to do because he believed he should do the job properly.
Apparently that was a mistake because they came back and ruffed him up a bit and then made even stronger threats against him, he said that they seemed to work for some gov'nt organization, not local yobs as no one seemed to know of them, I thought that that was prolly happening all over the world so as to keep the population in the dark as to how bad things are.
Listening to ABC news radio (Australia) and nothing about comets or earthquakes so far let alone CME x class from sun.

Here is an interesting twist that covers "planet x" as well.
I will give you the "short version" then a link to an artical written in 2007.
We *do* live in a binary star system. This author posits that the biggest threat to Earth comes not directly from the brown dwarf passing through the area rather what it brings with it. The "Ort Cloud" is a very dense population of comets outside Pluto (not the asteroid belt between Jupiter and Mars). Allegedly when the star passes through it launches many of these comets towards the inner solar system ... that would include us here.
Author's name is Laura Knight-Jadczyk. Some here will recognize the name and Bill can attest to the fact that she has some "issues" :tinfoil3: (using a Jay Weidner link in a post somewhere in the Channeled Information forum).
Having said that ... IMHO she is still a superb writer and one of the most thorough researchers you will find (and why I don't label her only as a channeler ... she takes the information she gets then looks for verifiable evidence to back up the information.
Long artical - of particular interest is towards the bottom where she is providing evidence to support her theory is how many of the outer planets are getting more and more satellites (moons).
Bottom line, at least in her opinion, is we are "overdue" for a wave of comets to come through
:boom: :boom: :boom:
I thought this might be of interest to some in this thread as it is based on a couple near fly-by comets on the same day.
Who knows? :rain:

Biggest can be tracked and are.
Smaller ones (still large enough to do some serious damage are not visible until they are nearly on you).

1. Mainstream news is targeted at the consumer, the buy, buy crowed.
2. Create a number of email alerts targeted on what you think is important. This way filters out the crap.
3. Around the plate boundary lines earthquakes happen almost daily and at such a depth that the energy dissipates.
This is the sort of nonsense you will find in the 'news'
The Scots have sworn by it for generations. And it seems there might be good reason to cook up a bowl yourself in the morning.
For according to scientists, porridge helps you live longer.
A study of almost 400,000 men and women found those who ate lots of fibre-rich foods cut their risk of dying prematurely by a fifth.
A healthy diet is pure common sense not 'news'

Hi fellows.
It´s really intriguing. Today, the most reactionary newspaper in Brazil (one that with one of the largests number of readers and considered one of the most serious people), in one of the most visible places of their frontpage website introduced the Dome of rock - Israel UFO incident. They never noticed anything related to UFO in their existence before. Their readers are mainly capitalists, bankers, entrepreneurs, little businessmen, midlleclass peolple etc.
The more intriguing was the fact that they noticed that as something normal or regular, like it was normal, even to them, to discuss the subject, like if they were talking about the soccers match scores, or any ordinary government scandal...

I think the media are now at a stage where it's getting harder to keep things under wraps.
I found this on the Australian 60 minutes site: http://sixtyminutes.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=1052462
I think the same sort of thing is happening in America on a larger scale.
I think our media here is still rather innocent. I remember 60 minutes ran a story on the oil spill and the film was up on thier site for about half an hour before they were told to take it down.
I think we're getting close to the point where 'real' journo's are going to start getting really suspicious about what's going on. I don;t know how much difference that will make, though.
