Well myself for one, I've asked for healing from various members so I'm not sure where it came from. But I have terrible pain in my hips and can't go down the stairs like everybody else. I have to grasp the rail (s) and keep one leg stiff. This morning I trotted down stairs like a teenager without realizing till I got to the bottom. Thanks to whomever and all.
