The thing about any prophesy is no one understands what they mean until the event has already happened. Nostradamus is notorious for this because all of his prophesies are metaphoric by nature. We have to constantly view the prophesy from the perspective of the seer and the time he/she is in. So how would a renaissance man view an aircraft and how many ways are there to describe it from his perspective?
It my personal belief is that the divine does not wish to give away too much and that the prophesies were mostly intended for seers eyes only. If we know to much about the future then what the purpose of life? The seer may have felt compelled to right it down, for the sake of the future but I believe it is futile action. So while a prophesy may give us a hint that something might happen in the future we do not know what it could be from a multitude of possibilities. We have no way of knowing until the actually event happens. Then the ones that remain can say, "Oh, so that is what he meant..."
There may be a more subtle reason as to why prophesies have a purpose and that is to remind us every now and again that there is more to this existence than meets the eye.
Rest in peace Paul, my eight legged friend, your prophesies were clearer than any mans. :hat:

Thought I'd read the link from the top, and I like Bright Garlick's thoughts in "Doors of opportunity", similiar to George K's work and another resonate "Bingo his got it right".
Maybe maybe not we will ascend to the 5th dimension. But I think a "BIG" change is coming, and that's why the TPTB are peddling so damn fast they are trying to get everything done yesterday, knowing exactly what is around the corner.
I hope I'll be around for the ride I'd like to see the spectical, and the experience, I think it would be magical, but if not so be it. In the mean time I'll listen to my inner voice whom said to me only recently "just do the things you like to do and enjoy life".
Thank you Bright Garlick.
