influencing negative for the good

i was wondering how easy or how hard it would be,for a group or community of people,
to send positive love and energy,at roughly the same time,to a target.
who is in a powerful postition.
that could change his/her views on events for the better.
eg. the big man in the whitehouse.
i would be interested on your thoughts on this.

I have been thinking about this and I am sure it is done because this feels like the biggest battles now are spiritual and psychological.

Many people focused on one man is easy to defeat for while he is a target; he is easy to protect with mental domes whatever..... So praying for Obama to find change in his heart is not going to happen particularly when he had done a 180 on just about every specific he spoke about. So he is pretty well controlled.

But lots of people focused on lots of people joins all the strengths of collective consciousness. Thus, sending love strength and support to combat fear and violence in Libya now is more effective that targeting people in power. Staying on top is much harder than climbing to the top. Momentum is everything. And then you hold out that the momentum stays with the energy of the mother in protecting the planet and her people.
