Oh, I know my higher self has much power and I have felt it on occasions.
The problem I have is that I don't know how to harness it and it only happens at random, I have no control over it yet.
One of the problems I have is that I can do things that most can't and when I speak of them, people think I am a whacko or just a straight out liar.
So that is another reason I can't disclose all that I am doing, but in time once I have some of it done, people here will be told and will benefit from my work and on that, you have my word.
And I will take you up on your offer of exercises, one of the reasons I joined this forum is for guidance on those things I do not know enough of yet.
