Now, on to a more serious question, do you plan to step up and volunteer for one of the slots open for the 18? If you are not aware of it, Charles is looking for 3 spiritual/religious, 3 scientific/logic, 3 technical, and 6 journalists, of which, I imagine there are many.

Based on what I have read, I suggest you volunteer.

i saw the movie "Jacob's Ladder". freaky. but it made an absolute impression on me. could be one of the first bells that went off in my head. i wouldn't suggest volunteering for anything until you know the facts.

Thank you for taking the time to read mee book! It is not a long read, but it packs a punch. I take you through my journey from my perspective. Quite pragmatic. I know that you have mentioned on TraineeHumans thread that you always see 2 Moons for some reason, but did you ever manage to get up there to investigate (at least one of em)? To see what's really going on up there?

Also, who's voice was it that warned you off? HS?

I never attempted to get back to the moon. It wasn't a voice, as much as it was a dire sense of emergency, with a clear understanding that I need to get the hell out of there,, Right Now!!! I did not believe it to be HS at the time,,, no sirreeee!!!

I hesitated to add the accounts of always seeing two moons. I have tried to chase the second moon down on several occasions. (The first moon is just the moon.) I have chased it over mountains, into the ground, into rivers, into the skies,,, I have always tried with different results. I cannot catch it. I begin to feel silly, like a puppy chasing a laser pointer, or something. I have just accepted it. Like I have had to do with many other astral situations. For the record,,,, I can always find a light that is there. Dunno if it is watching/observing. Dunno. Several times it (upon being noticed) would relocate itself behind a bank of trees or a building or something. Pane Andov has reported the same sort of thing. 'a protective light' is how he described it. I have never had any negative experiences with the light. But it is highly elusive. In later experiences,, different types of Astral Crafts showed themselves to me. Again, these are 4d/5d projections, not yet into the Astral Proper. I have always contended that advanced forms of life have mastered what we call the Astral. and that is where contact is most likely to be. I have drawn pictures of the craft that I have seen. I will find them and post them!!!

Interesting...will not answer your question but earlier on when I would paint paintings...I would want to put two moons in the backround. Actually did in a couple paintings with native/tribal people in the foreground...had no idea why I would see this or have this inclination to put two moons in the sky (or could even b planets)?

Hi Jake!:) Actually when you mentioned on TH's thread that you always see two Moons, this concept really fascinated me, but I never stopped to examine myself or ask myself why it did. There seemed to be some profound truth hidden in the idea of two moons. So having thought about this, I do have a few ideas of what it might be all about, based only on what I've read over the years.

Firstly there is the idea in Alchemy of there being two Earths. An inferior Earth and a superior Earth, those being the dull physical Earth that we inhabit and the Earth's spiritual counterpart that is often depicted in art as being so much brighter. Put this together with the notion of the Earth as having a personality of it's own, that some call Gaia and others call Sanat Kumara (the Planetary Logos), and that the Earth is evolving spiritually just as we are, then perhaps the Earth, the Moon and all other planetary bodies can have other finer bodies too, visible to you in the astral. It would be interesting to see if you could look back at the Earth from the Moon and see if you find more that one Earth looking back at you.:cool:

Also, the ancients had the concept that there was more than one Sun (three in fact). A physical Sun, and intellectual Sun and a spiritual Sun (often called the midnight Sun, because it shines also at night). Oddly, the ancients believed that the true spiritual colour of the Sun was actually blue, and that it only turned yellow from being contaminated by physical matter. Perhaps since this second Moon also plays hide and seek with you, and the fact that the light of the Moon is really the Sun's light as a reflection, then maybe this other Moon is really an astral manifestation of the Sun built up from the reflected light. It does kind of act like a rainbow that you can never find the end of doesn't it?

So anyway, maybe it's the Sun or maybe you are seeing is the Soul of the Moon. Perhaps from a higher vantage still you may even be able to see the Moon's Spirit. Still this is all just guess work on my part since I haven't got any real practical experience of the astral plain just yet (only of my bedroom, living room and the car park outside), but I can't wait to get out there and explore further afield. Maybe you could ask some of your fellow more experienced OOBEer's what they think? I'd be interested to know myself what TraineeHuman, Ray and Sirdipswitch make of the two moon thing.:)

Hi CD7!:) Artists do tend to see more than most folks do (it gives us a bit of a head start in terms of opening up to the higher perceptions too). I've always liked the way Max Ernst painted the Moon:)

Yes, I see what you are saying,, an astral counterpart to the moon!! And all planets/moons/etc,,,. Looking into the 'sky', when I am Out is always an amazing experience. I am going to ponder this deeply.

Yes, actually. Just like that. (jake is supified! :dizzy: I have never felt any type of negativity or dread when trying to chase it down. I considered for a while that it had more to with NOT understanding the non-physical nature of being 'out of body',, and how it all related to me trying to get to the moon. Yet, I have seen two moons since the first time that I looked 'up' in the astral. Sometimes (while out of body) I will see a light coming in from a window or something, (Still in mee house,,, 4d5d projection) When I go to investigate, providing I do not get distracted, I always notice that it is just one of the two moons. It is always there!

I had to share... The OBE activity in my life is heating up again!!! :) (It is always interesting just before, and just after a full moon) Last night i had a very short OBE. It was actually very early this morning, around 330 ish... None of they typical 'exit signs' were apparant.. No paralysis, no vibrations, no energy body sensations to speak of. I was simply lying there half asleep, thinking about OBE,, and wondering if i could leave my body without the energy sensations... I reminded myself, "I'm already out of my body",, and simply moved my arm vveeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrryyyyyyyy slowly, and (it was not my physical arm) I was able to simply stand up and out of my body. Now, the astral sensations came strong. The astral environment is an amazing place to be,,, even if your just standing there doing nothing... I looked back at my bed,,, my small mini-pincer (looks like a chihuahua) was looking at me as if to say,, "can i go with you??" I said,, "c'mon!" and this little dog took off into the Astral airs behind me,,,, If you've ever seen a dog smile,,,, you know what I am talking about.... this little dog was having the time of his life!!!! His joy was infectious! :) He soon forgot all about me and went straight through the front door to who-knows-where!!! I remember not wanting to go through the door. (Sometimes when i go through a door or window it takes me to a completely different astral locale...) I decided to keep it short, and phased back into my body. I opened my eyes and looked at my dog... He was breathing peacefuly.. I began to wonder where my little buddy sojourned to.... This skies are NO limit!!!

I had to share.... My little dog is an astral projector....
