Canada and the U.S. have signed an agreement that paves the way for the militaries from either nation to send troops across each other’s borders during an emergency, but some are questioning why the Harper government has kept silent on the deal.

Neither the Canadian government nor the Canadian Forces announced the new agreement, which was signed Feb. 14 in Texas.

The U.S. military’s Northern Command, however, publicized the agreement with a statement outlining how its top officer, Gen. Gene Renuart, and Canadian Lt.-Gen. Marc Dumais, head of Canada Command, signed the plan, which allows the military from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a civil emergency.

The new agreement has been greeted with suspicion by the left wing in Canada and the right wing in the U.S.

The bastards! It's another clear sign of the developing police state. And it's completely unconstitutional, which is another clear sign of the developing police state.

I do not consent to any foreign troops or any authority they may think they have on Canadian soil. This treaty was never debated in the House of Commons nor wAS consent granted from the opposition parties. STEVEN HARPER DOES NOT SPEAK FOR ME

So Canada has agreed to allow Americans to kill Canadians?...and America has decided to allow Canadians to kill their citizens?

This set-up is so transparently neo-con MIC in it's origins that I can't even find a way to die hard enough in absolute disgust for this insanity.

We ~KNOW~ this is set up for US soldiers to walk into Canada. there's no guessing. There is no need for this. What should be there is a request after the fact.

Pre-arrangements are for pre-arrangements, which means a pre-arranged false flag attack.

I've been waiting for the Canadian 'false flag' attack to occur for quite some time.

The question is now....... when?

This is patently insane.

Nobody asked me... I'm not aware of any debate in Parliament... no public vote... who said it's ok for US soldiers to enter this magnificent country and tell us what to do? Not anyone that I'm aware of...except perhaps Harper. I'd like to go on record by saying he does not speak for me.

I've noticed the drawing of battlelines appear to be being drawn all around the world. Canada has vast resources ... USA has vast consumption .. a perfect fit depending on your point of view; it would make sense they'd want to preserve that as whole. Seems everyone is getting a tad uptight militarily these days, especially since that extravagant show China pulled on the US (kittyhawk training embarrasment, + two other incidents).

Will the police forces and armies have opinions if the **** hits the fan?

The MIC is rapidly producing larger more effective 'contractor units' that will be very loyal to the MIC.

In Libya, contractors/mercs have killed police who would not fire on the civs.

Please watch 'the Dreambus' video in this link. Then go to page two and read my post. I'm talking about walking around in the 'consensus bubbles' of reality of the given distinct but connected groups of people.... who make up the core of a city of 3 million people. I was watching them set up/act out their coming reality for the day, in their interactions.

This is how the game is played. they set up the fear mode and YOU MAKE IT HAPPEN.

To me...it very important that you understand this. They use astrology and the pattern of those influences and then they attempt to set you up for event sequencing. You can't stop something if you aren't aware of how it is done.

Or, read my post on page 2 first, then watch the video.

The astrology of the situation tied to the Mayan calendar says that clarity for humankind as happened in the 60's is coming but more powerful, by a long shot. They are making a race for the end of this..... to head it off before clarity actually happens.

Be aware.

Be very aware.

I don't find this unusual since Canada was taken over when free trade was brought in with the usa. Everytime we as Canadians think we are a nation that is free we find out that we are NOT FREE. The usa bought all of our natural resources when the Canadian dollar was 65 cents to the us dollar. To make the point I refer everyone to one of the most interesting documentaries that I have ever watch called. "why we fight" by Filmmaker Eugene Jarecki. Anyone in Canada or for that matter anyone that visits Canada will find very few businesses in the retail sector or fast food sector or natural resource sector that are Canadian owned. Shucks pretty much any sector of the economy. One of the reasons is what has been explained in "Why we fight". We as Canadians were taken over long ago and we are just pretending it didn't happen.
As a proud Canadian I have been very disappointed in the PTB here in this wonderful country as how they sold us out to bidders without even asking for a higher price as in most ouctions. They changed the rules so a takeover was possible without anyone even knowing it happened. Please watch "Why we fight" because it explains how accepting "Free Trade" is like accepting defeat in any nation on the planet without even having to shoot a bullet.
It's a win win deal.....unfortunately for the country that accepts the deals they lose.

Here is the link to "Why we fight" in full length

Here is info on the film: http://worldfilm.about.com/od/documentaryfilms/fr/whywefight.htm

I don't know how to imbed these links so just copy and paste. Thanks

Let me stand beside you, my Canadian friend. Neither President Obama nor the U.S. Congress speak for me. There is a cabal of criminals running my country. Their final reward will be much different from the stolen goods they currently covet.

This is very misleading it is not new - it did not occur THIS Feb. 14th it is old news rehashed from 2008. Just to be clear about it.

I have been saying this for a while now, but I'll repeat it again "We are in for some major surprises this year".....if everyone thinks 2010 was bad, then they have no IDEA on what's really about to happen not only here in the US & Canada, but all around the World!!!

I've just been having a gut feeling for quite sometime now and usually when I have those, they turn out to be right!

Just my 2 cents and just like Chicodoodoo said above.......

just dotting the "i"s and stroking the "t"s before they have the framework in place

The CIA and CSIS are both restricted in that they are not allowed to operate in their own nations.
The solution?
The CIA monitors Canadians and the CSIS monitors Americans.
This seems to be an extenuation of this.
