Just before I left South Africa and this is talking 10+ years ago here, I remember that there was a news report on the radio that a major car manufacture would start making the first Hydrogen cars there. And that the only problem with hydrogen cars had to do with the hydrogen atoms(I was bad at science to excuse if I get this wrong) being able to seep through the atomic structure of a metal engine which may result in a chance of an explosion. Well that what I remember anyway.

Do we have a thread on alternative energy? searched but couldn't find. It would be good to get all the research togther on this , with patents and missing patents and all the other info we know. Maybe eventually building a conclusive case for developing something or against the PTB.
