For the last couple of years, I would go under lights of any kind and they would instantly go out. The last three days it has gone into overdrive, every light I go near goes out. Once in Nashville I knocked out a shopping center. what does this mean? Can anyone help me with what this is?

Indeed the link that loveandgratitude provided will allay the fear of loneliness you might experience, while the link contents indicates, by the authors own investigations, that electrical/magnetic systems are affected by our human energy. This is a concept that we, by doctrine, are forced to ridicule as the full experience will negate control over the individual, much to the chagrin of titled puppets endemic in our global culture.
As an electrical engineer, my first encounter with this phenomenon in the early 80's, was to investigate claims by a lady operating a machine that she was receiving electric shocks performing her duties of loading and unloading small components from a slowly rotating oil drenched disc. Nobody else was affected, they intended sacking her for false claims. I spent several days working the problem, grounded everything, isolated anything even remotely suspicious or contentious and the problem persisted. The lady was extremely concerned and needed the job. I even inquired and insisted all her clothing be of natural products, cotton, wool, etc; for the duration of the study. I trusted her compliance. At the end of study I was beat and to rub my nose in it, whilst I was discussing my exasperation with her and the contents of my report prior to submission, I touched the back of her hand to reassure her that I would do all to protect her job when a strong electrostatic spark jumped from the back of her hand to my fingers. She kept her job and moved to other duties. Other operators used the same machine and no further incidents were ever reported.
For another measure of reassurance and to assist in your own investigations, may I humbly recommend the following documentaries for viewing. There is a massive amount of research material contained within each, so I also recommend pen and paper or Notepad open to jot down prospective searches. Alas, there is a lot of reading to be had as well.

I suspect you are gifted and unaware of your talent. You may require further assistance and mentoring. What you have to do, only you can accomplish. Be cautious in your discoveries and wise in your revelations. There are those, even here in these wonderful Forums, that exploit we seekers for alternate negative purposes. Good Luck

This happens to me too. Not lights inside houses buildings etc but streetlights, lights in tunnels and that sort of lights . . . Streetlights also shuts down now and then when I’m walking along a road.
Been experiencing this for about two years, just like you.
I’ve been working with a lot of people and computers over the years, and it seems like some people are able to make a computer malfunctioning just by being close to it ore using it for normal tasks . . .
At one of the companies I worked for we even nicknamed a female college “the computer ghost” . . .
