La tierra se abre y deja enorme grieta en Puno

The sudden appearance early in the morning of an enormous crack, measuring 100 meters wide and three kilometers long, caused confusion among residents of the Huacullani district in the Chucuito province, department of Puno.

The exact cause of the crack in the earth still unknown. Peru’s geophysical institute ruled out the occurrence of an earthquake in the region, but what is clear is that the ground opened up and large blocks of earth can be observed scattered throughout the area.

The event, recorded Wednesday morning, caused the collapse of one house located in the rural community of Llorohoco. Four people managed to escape, but the youngest in the family, five-year-old Jean Carlos Vilcanqui Acero, is missing.

Geological engineers from the regional committee for civil defense have arrived in the area to investigate the phenomenon and determine its causes, said Javier Pampamallco, Puno’s civil defense chief.

Thank you Swami, Symbolic. Cracks appearing in the facade, a statement from mother maybe. :)

can i just point something out....

the area that that cracked formed appears to be the exact "bottom" for the valley of hills around it..... and the fact there is now flowing water..... and the cracked earth along that 1km is extreamly muddy, and there was a house directly ontop of it yes?

Mother earth just created a new river? It appears the signs have been there for a bit too - if the earth has been that muddy - for how long?

Just the first idea that popped into my head on this one.

Most likely natural explaination is that there was an underground river that eroded out wide enough that it collapsed the soil above. I'd put money on that first.

it is the sheer suddenness of appearance..of a perfect furrow or channel that is interesting .

A underground river would not likely appear to such utter perfection.

A rip, or tear, would be the more likely 'area' of possible explanation. A pulling apart. Or similar.

~~~~~~~~~~
google maps search: "Huacullani" (region)
after checking it is on the southernmost (slightly west-ish) tip of Lake Titicaca. it may have been the breaking of an internal barrier of sorts and now drainage for lake Titicaca may be going in that direction. As a change or an additional channel. Who knows.
It is the sheer perfection of it, the sheer suddenness in that perfection that is a bit baffling. The other part, is that it is on a hillside as well, not just in a drainage channel.
I'm going to try to use my extreme logic to battle the great Carmody ... then I will concede to one point he used... ;-)
If it were a "tear" the ground would move initial report indicates no ground movement in the area and no earthquake. Also if the earth just opened there would a crevass, but there is not. If you think of it as a collapsed underground river that started at the top of the hill, the presuure from the water push the dirt and rocks would cause a cascade effect that would carry on all the way down the hill. There is no crevass, the earth looks "turned" and mixed with water - all pointing tuwords an underground river that collapsed the earth above it due to erosion. - any other natural explanation requires there be siesmic activity.
The consession: You mentioned it was just south of lake Titicaca. That place is full of very ancient secrets and mystery. I've done some study on both the legends of the area and the natural phenomenon that is the lake itself. So in light of that, I think it could possibly be something "non natural", but I'd need a little more evidence, like an eyewitness account of how it formed.
I agree some sort of rumble should precede earth movement. Perhaps the entire are is destabilized, but that is a very far reach.
Note the blackness of the soil, mostly ash fields, it seems. Getting the channel to erupt,.from up the side of the hills is the weird seeming part. If they had heavy rain prior this situation, that might explain some of it, or all of it. Hard to say from here.
Rain and slow drainage beneath the surface layer, down the hillsides... might be a big clue as to why the side went as well.
There is a crack 30 mile long in a desert in Africa
Also in a video by Astral Walker recently posted in the Enlightenment thread
which shows train lines deformed to bend from side to side no damage to ground.
He reckons that the energy coming into the solar system is intensely magnetic and is beginning to affect many things, birds falling from the sky, whales beaching, fish dying, our DNA changing.
It will hit the Sun December 2012.
That is fact unavoidable.
Its all in the video in 8 parts.
I will repost it here as it is important.
There seems to be some point of agreement amongst space scientists including NASA on this.
It takes 250 millon years for a complete orbit to be made by planet earth, we are moving in to a part of space that the human race has never been in before.
Hold on to your hat.
If it is what I am suggesting, it shouldn't take long for researches to come to that conclusion. If it takes a long time to get to any conclusion then that too me would be suspicious. Or if they leave it as "inconclusive" then I would say my theory would not be correct - because I think there would be viable evidence if it were a collapsed underground river (ie source of running water, etc). I'd be curious at to what the "experts" will conclude on this.
I just recalled what Charles said about the earth expanding ... Making some sense now especially with what Greybeard just posted.
yes. 'other particle' output from the sun is interesting. Scientists said they found unknown particles emanating from the sun, a few years back, approx.
Now, dimensions, this 3d one, are apparently made up of oscillating dimensional fields that interact. Some different or local fields, components, etc can interact with these local 'patterns' and produce seemingly anomalous behavior, like ribbons of gravity, etc, appearing at odd places. Maybe. I'll watch the videos.
We can't explain the records which are showing that some streams from pulsars are easily exceeding the speed of light.
That point alone basically 'fecalcans' what people like to think they know about physics.
This one single point about physics screams : "everything you know is wrong! start again!" (I refuse to give a break by saying 'most' or 'some',as this becomes the ego trap, the way out of confronting the issue) Like the politician... the scientist (more the engineers) is so convoluted in their circular logic tracks of covering things up, that they create new lies to fit the desires. Just like the politician. It is downright frightening.
It is like a soother for the linear mind's desires for emotional comforts. it's tough to be a newborn hanging upside down again, getting spanked by the universe, so they unconsciously use their emotions and ego to block the new.
Like these sorts of unknowns. Living safe in the arms of the self ...of thinking they know 'all'. ah well. I still hold hope for them, sometimes.
Hi Carmondy
you would like Nasim Haramein if you haven't investigated his work allready.
He is polite but says you wont get a Phd unless you agree with redundant science.
The energy that is coming is affecting the Sun and all the planets its massive.
That is what is causing the anomalies in sun behavior.
I cant discuss it because I dont have that level of knowledge but the videos I am speaking, of which I have watched several times, are awesome.
That is a word I very rarely use.
Hmmm, well I always imagined a point in time where the have vibrations (of existence) have increased to such a rate everything becomes "fluid" and change becomes consciously induced almost entirely over physical "induction", and that this state will be contributed by (based on some learnings I have had) certain energy fields or rays or beams (solar storms, etc) from space - I get the impression that that energy is useable by humans to turn intent into manifestations perhaps?; anyway back to my point - perhaps some of these and or other events coming about because of the current increases in the base vibrations of our existence. Everything is becoming more "fluid" - the laws of physics themsleves becoming less rigid, as you lent evidence towards.
Saw this on Halfpasthuman.com today, The Expando Planet Model:
"One very predictable, and noticeable effect of the Expando Planet model, if accurate, would be that cracks in the planet would open up in a variety of areas. Is there evidence for such...yes, and it is rapidly increasing. Planet Earth has recently (last ten years) created a huge new crack, called a 'future sea' by mainstream science, that will at some point, separate Africa from the Arabian peninsula. This crack appeared suddenly. Further, there are new cracks these last two years across all continents excepting Antarctica (may be some there, but news does not come out easily from those environs). Also, some of these cracks are gigantic and appear almost instantly. The speed of their appearance is just the kind of thing that plate tectonic theory does NOT support, and just the sort of activity we would expect from the Expando Planet model.
Another certain sign will be the rapid increase in large, damaging sinkholes. Again, skin stretchs and things 'give way' below our feet, or foundations."
