http://articlechase.com/images/225px-Muammar_al-Gaddafi_12th_AU_Summit_090202-N-0506A-534_cropped.jpgThe United States Government has announced that they are maneuvering their armed forces into more flexible and tactical locations around Libya.
The forces are to be position just in case they are needed to respond to further reports of civilians being killed by forces and militias loyal to Gaddafi.
Libyan armed rebels have also stated that they will take Tripoli, Libya’s capital, with force if necessary.
The move has been echoed by the British Government who has stated that they are to step up and facilitate more British forces around Libya also. Saying “we refuse to rule out using British military assets.”
Britain announced that they are prepared to use what force necessary and have not ruled out any options to hand should the Human Rights abuses on protesters not cease by Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi.
The UK Government has said the use of force has not been ruled out against Libya, upping the stakes to the growingly unpopular Gaddafi and his armed forces.

Agreed although it should not take too much involvement at this point.
Still, with that much oil, need to have a few boots on the ground.

I am surprised the Oil Corporations waited this long before getting our sons & daughters ready to die for their assets.
And they can shove their plans up their assets too!
Is anyone here REALLY surprised?
Did anyone REALLY believe that all of these ''uprisings'' were people who had had enough?

What I would like to know is who is going to "come to the rescue" when they start gunning down protesters in the west?
Oh that's right.
The Galactic Federation. Keep forgetting that one.

I guess we are counting on that awakening many more of the masses. The more they awaken, the more the soldiers and police and such awaken to help with the rescue.
We shall see....

One would hope so.
Of course the long-running "conspiracy theory" regarding bringing in foreign troops (UN or otherwise) supposedly takes care of that.

Let me answer your question with another?
Why now?
Figure that one out, then you will know the who, when, how and the rest.

So are you saying that all of the millions of ordinary people have been protesting because the time is right and this just happens to conveniently fit in with the western governments and oil companies grand agenda ?

Someone has decided to start herding sheep so they sent out their shepherds.
You know that the shepherd has more say than the sheep about the time they move and where they go, yes?

Ah but there are many different shepherds on many different levels.Which particular shepherds are you referring to and who is this someone ?
I suppose that the former shepherd Mubarak and current shepherd Gadaffi might disagree with you.

I would think that as time progresses, it may become more apparent exactly who unleashed the shepherds first.
I would say there is more than one faction playing the game here.

Does not seem like people power to me more like the oils running out and the govements
need to put some control in place before the whole world kicks off due to the petrol prices.

Ok then so one view might be that unknown players have manipulated the masses so as to remove old regime leaders so that they can be replaced with new puppets that are old paradigm friendly.
Another view might be that the people have had enough of the old paradigm and have forced out the old leaders and want positive change but at the same time the corporate interests and 'their' governments are doing damage control and are trying to take advantage of the situation.
Or something completely different.....:p
As you said time will tell

Remember, the nwo as it is called is made up of factions.
Who is to say that there is only one faction playing here?

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”
Joseph Goebbels.
“A lie told often enough becomes truth”

I lean towards the theory of a shift in the global consciousness but as this happens the old control structure will try to hang on any way that it can.It appears to me that many people want change but don't really know what to change to because they have been going along with the status quo for such a long time and there really isn't a viable alternative system to change to anyway.

That is what the consensus was amongst the people performing the uprising..
There's a 'tipping point', in most societies that once reached, creates a dynamic with an energy of its own. The PTB will try to manipulate that energy for its own self interest; ordinary people will sense that change is in the air and the collective consciousness can be mighty and profound.
Its the paradox of self interest and the level of collective consciousness that needs to be considered carefully here

This is an interesting artical which states FOOD is what is actually driving the unrest around the world.
Of course, prices for food (and oil etc) are controlled by the elite so it still boils down to social control but in light of the alleged severe food shortages this spring and summer this makes sense.
Price of food is at the heart of revolutions

You didn't know this?
There are regional factions, such as the EU and NAFTA, then there are others such as the Brotherhoood of the Snake.
Everyone wants to rule it themselves, no one wants to be the bus driver and a lot of conflict is down to this.
The chinese are very powerful in the middle parts of africa, so why would the other factions not stop them from getting the oil fields?

The real danger is those who want change and are not ''awake'' to the ways of the world.
They are the ones who are going to be led like lambs to the slaughterhouse.
And they are the majority in any area.

I don't have any inside contacts so i don't really know if it's the snake brotherhood or the chinese or nafta or whoever it is if indeed it is any of those or none of those.Thing is it can't be proven who's behind what or who works for who etc.I'll just watch and see how it pans out.

How awake is awake enough ? Do you have to know about brotherhoods etc or just want to do the right thing ? I don't think that any ascension is going to be restricted to people who are connected to the internet and browsing alternative info websites.I don't think it works that way.
If you want change and just sit and hope that say someone like Gadaffi will give it to you then you are going to be waiting a very long time.Sometimes the only way to initiate change is to march and protest with other like minded people. What else can you do ?
I don't see the masses being led to any slaughter house.Change is in the air.The old paradigm is crumbling and i bet that there are a few nervous leaders around.

This is why I am saying, I don't know who and/or what is behind this, but I am very reluctant to take this at face value.
Example, the Iraqis who pulled down Saddams statue in Baghdad during the invasion. It turned out they were an anti-Saddam militia allied to the invaders.
And keeping an eye open and an open mind is the best strategy right now.
That is what I am doing as well.

Quite a few have been killed so far, but that isn't what I meant.
The old saying, ''from the fat to the fire'' is more along the lines of what I am on about.
What if the replacements are worse than the originals?
Like Afghanistan. The original Taliban and the ones that ended up in charge are different groups and you see how that ended up.
Repression of women and all sorts of control.

Absolutely agree. It 'almost' doesn't matter who they put in charge.Whoever it is will have to play ball with the usual suspects on the international scene anyway.

That is the part I am concerned about, the puppetmasters using real people to remove the regimes of their choice, then when the nation is unstable, their new puppets get into control.
And yes, they still have to interface with ''the international community'', so they will either be ostrasised, invaded, or just not get off the ground.
