I'm curious to know, where did you see a portal ? Where did you get the idea that it disappeared into a portal ?

Portals have been described as a fuzzy beam of light, whirling energy. Maybe it was just the head lights creating that effect, but it seem blurry for a moment. True or not......interesting to stretch the imagination sometimes. I found this video quite fascinating.

I have seen this before and if I recall correctly the police did get out and checked the fence right after this happened; apparently, the officer(s) could not explain what was seen, which is not in view. The other 'mysteries' (as it has been called) is the 'unusual driver' and the car's ability to travel so fast. I do not see the fence move; however, I do see the police car bounce and move around. I am sharing what I know on this topic for what its worth.
