I don't think you could catagorise Bill as two faced.
The problem is, when you have a team, you can't be mr niceguy all the time.
There is a referee in Italy, now retired, Pierluigi Collina, in my opinion THE best ref.
Anyways, he was asked a while back, what his philosophy of controlling the game without ruining it was.
His answer was this; ''Being a referee is like walking a dog, you give it all the leash it wants, but the first sign of trouble, you pull it all the way in until it behaves again.''
I think that is how we should run our teams.
Taking into account competancy of the team members and everything else.
And before anyone asks, I have been a company director who had to recruit, train and supervise teams.
I know a little bit about it.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the overwhelming (and most intelligent and perceptive) expressions of support. Avalon is very, very strong and there are a large number of exceptional people here who really don't miss much - if anything at all.

But I have a large inbox here - and please do not stop sending messages. It just means it'll be a day or two (or three) before I can get back to you.

I'm currently in California, staying for the week in an inexpensive but totally decent hotel. I'm meeting with good friends every day, am doing lots of work, and all is very fine. Next week I'll be in LA where I have a few meetings. I'll be in California for a few weeks at least, and maybe longer.

Sleeping in the car for a week was only a temporary emergency, but it came at the wrong time and was not much fun - mountaineer or not. I'm well aware that I am surrounded by friends - and that I make my own decisions. I am fiercely independent in many ways - and sometimes that's a weakness.

I wrote that on the other thread. I visited Richard's new site were Celine asked people to share the chats. I believe it was intended for this message to find its way here to keep the dramma going or maybe drum up some business for their new site. Just my intuition. It's been pretty good so far.

I agree that we need an announcement OR SOMETHING from Charles. An announcement, apology, confession, statement, explanation... Whatever!

I personally need to get on with living my life at a faster rate than I have been doing lately, since i joined Avalon. As I pm'd to someone earlier, i feel like I'm living permenantly on a cliff-edge. I need to know if we really are about to start a model for a new society, with or without Charles. I see certain people who pretended to have no interest in the CM have quickly made their way over to the Nexus forum... was this because they were afraid of being left out, just in case Charles comes through with the 'plan'? Are they siding with Richard because he's a confirmed 18'er?

I registered on the site before i knew anything of chatroom transcript. I did so because I felt that I had been too hasty to rush to conclusions given the information we were told. I wanted to keep up with what was going on.

BTW I don't want any advice on how much time I should spent in front of my computer, or how much I need to balance my life, so thank you in advance to anyone who thought they'd give me any advice. For me this is important and I want closure...or details of the nex step. Simple as!

The question could be, was Richard hired BEFORE he left here?
Did he accept money BEFORE he left here?

I don't know, I am just putting these ideas up for consideration.

with respect, i don't see anywhere within the transcript that definitively states that money changed hands. celine does say "i'll put money on that...", but i see that as a figure of speech. also, if charles has hired richard, it doesn't necessarily mean that it's a paid role.

i could be wrong on either/both counts, i'm just throwing a different angle on things.

with respect, i don't see anywhere within the transcript that definitively states that money changed hands. celine does say "i'll put money on that...", but i see that as a figure of speech. also, if charles has hired richard, it doesn't necessarily mean that it's a paid role.

as for juicing, i've got a l'equip 110.5 centrifugal that i've had for 5 years+, it's in a box in the spare room at the mo... nice piece of kit, a bugger to clean though! more recently, i bought a green star gs2000 masticating, i sold it eventually though, that was also a pain to clean and to be honest i wasn't using it to it's full potential.... bloody gorgeous juice out of it though!

I had not devoted myself to Charles or anything, but i was certainly hoping that we were dealing with someone who had benevolant intentions and that we really had the potential to create the blueprint.

ironically, i'd suggest that a 'paid' position aligns itself to a hierarchical structure rather more than an 'unpaid' position. for example - you'd be in a tighter framework, less chance for free expression, less chance for discretion, required to conform to the paymaster etc.....

not saying that being rewarded for one's work is necessarily a bad thing - in the current paradigm. but if the point is to build communities outside of the current worldview, then to me, being paid means remaining within the controlling structure.

It did very much feel that way. I feel frustrated more than duped or tricked. Unfortunately the truth of this situation is that closure is required for me so I can move on. I'm emotionally attached. I need to know the WHOLE story. We have some of it from two sides but the story of the third side is DEAFENINGLY silent. i have to put a time limit on this, but just like the end of a relationship, there's a period of emptiness where your thoughts are centered around the circumstances of the relationship and its ending.

To do this i'll have to forcibly remove myself from Avalon until i wake up one day and it's not the first thought in my head. Then I'll know it's safe to come back. I'm not ready to pull myself away yet though, because there could still be hope.......

I have little-to-no 'reading-between-the-lines' skills. Doesn't take an expert to figure that one out. LOL

We've spent our lives being duped by the PTB who put everything out there, hidden in plain sight.

There are a lot of highly intelligent and intuitive people here who came with an open mind and open heart to embrace Charles; over a short period of time, he lost a lot of people. If he truly had the skills to command the majority of our attention, he would have manged to do so, but he failed and that speaks volumes.

I don't know if that is the case, but if it was, why would he invite people that would just cause problems?

If so, it certainly couldn't be any worse than the new and improved extra-draconian filtering system that Avalon uses now on it's applications.

My own wife was actually denied membership here on Feb 10th, a few weeks before all this 'crap' went down here at Avalon. The message she received was:


Dear (name) Many thanks for your application to join the Project Avalon Forum. Unfortunately your registration did not meet our membership requirements. The most common reason for this is that you didn't complete the membership application (the second form during registration, also sent to you in the e-mail you received upon registering.) (Yes, this was done.)

Another reason may have been that the details you provided in your application caused us to believe that the way you presented yourself, your outlook, your values or your beliefs would not fit in well with the existing community.

None of this means that you are a bad person, or are in any way inferior, or don't have the rights that we all have. (wow, that was nice and patronizing... Kind of like a kick in the teeth... with a smile...) Rather that there are very likely to be other forums where you might feel more at home.

Etc, etc, etc...

Upon questioning the (now ex) mods, it was stated that they did not remember that particular application but that new (stricter) guidelines had been set, that would involve instant scrapping of the application including.

1.) 3 word or less answers
2.) Grammatical errors
3.) Females showing too much emotion in their applications. (wow!)

Let me state for the public record that my wife and I have for YEARS promoted and exposed thousands upon thousands of people directly to the Project Camelot videos. I've been banned on boards where I was a long time member in good standing for sticking up for Bill and Kerry when they were called 'nuts' and 'crazy'. I stood up for what I knew was right, and refused to allow them to be run roughshod over and slandered by people who can't accept anything outside of their programmed paradigm.

And then to be told that we aren't the kind of people that are wanted here... well... that's a bit of a gutpunch.

I came here to discern for myself 'truths'. Not to be told that someone knows better, and we'll just have to 'trust you' to spoon feed it to us. Where is this transparency that's been promised? Where is one single independently verifiable fact in regards to the Charles Material that we've been promised?

I have asked permission to post this and have been told I can.

Firstly tho, I would like to say:

Richard and Bill are both my friends in equal measure, ( they will both confirm this) I have worked closely with them longer than anyone here. Both are wonderful Men in ther own right. Both do an enormous amount of work and their energy is humbling to me. I love them Equally.

I'm on the road and typing long messages on a iPhone is a pain but I will briefly address something that is being talked about as transparency is now paramount IMO.
I was asked by Charles to help set up his site. I offered to do so for free and walk away once it is complete. I was then asked if I would stay on there if it was paid. I said I am always open to new ventures and my current paid job will be ending soon so I would consider that seriously once I got the details. That's the last I heared. As far as i know, being one of "the 18" means being part of the administration of that site.

I will let u all know how that plays out

As most of you have already read my wife Celine and I have been asked to leave Avalon. I want to say how much I have loved building and running this community, You are all such special souls and it has been my privilege to work for all of you (yeah the banned ones too) :)

I'm on the road and typing long messages on a iPhone is a pain but I will briefly address something that is being talked about as transparency is now paramount IMO.
I was asked by Charles to help set up his site. I offered to do so for free and walk away once it is complete. I was then asked if I would stay on there if it was paid. I said I am always open to new ventures and my current paid job will be ending soon so I would consider that seriously once I got the details. That's the last I heared. As far as i know, being one of "the 18" means being part of the administration of that site.

I will let u all know how that plays out

What I find curious is that some members seemed to have been targeted by Charles and Richard with invites to his new site, yet some members are specifically ignored.

I don't know if that is the case, but if it was, why would he invite people that would just cause problems?

If so, it certainly couldn't be any worse than the new and improved extra-draconian filtering system that Avalon uses now on it's applications.

My own wife was actually denied membership here on Feb 10th, a few weeks before all this 'crap' went down here at Avalon. The message she received was:


Dear (name) Many thanks for your application to join the Project Avalon Forum. Unfortunately your registration did not meet our membership requirements. The most common reason for this is that you didn't complete the membership application (the second form during registration, also sent to you in the e-mail you received upon registering.) (Yes, this was done.)

Another reason may have been that the details you provided in your application caused us to believe that the way you presented yourself, your outlook, your values or your beliefs would not fit in well with the existing community.

None of this means that you are a bad person, or are in any way inferior, or don't have the rights that we all have. (wow, that was nice and patronizing... Kind of like a kick in the teeth... with a smile...) Rather that there are very likely to be other forums where you might feel more at home.

Etc, etc, etc...

Upon questioning the (now ex) mods, it was stated that they did not remember that particular application but that new (stricter) guidelines had been set, that would involve instant scrapping of the application including.

1.) 3 word or less answers
2.) Grammatical errors
3.) Females showing too much emotion in their applications. (wow!)

Let me state for the public record that my wife and I have for YEARS promoted and exposed thousands upon thousands of people directly to the Project Camelot videos. I've been banned on boards where I was a long time member in good standing for sticking up for Bill and Kerry when they were called 'nuts' and 'crazy'. I stood up for what I knew was right, and refused to allow them to be run roughshod over and slandered by people who can't accept anything outside of their programmed paradigm.

And then to be told that we aren't the kind of people that are wanted here... well... that's a bit of a gutpunch.

I came here to discern for myself 'truths'. Not to be told that someone knows better, and we'll just have to 'trust you' to spoon feed it to us. Where is this transparency that's been promised? Where is one single independently verifiable fact in regards to the Charles Material that we've been promised?

Whether right or wrong, getting into the pattern of 'trusting' someone else to think for you is a very, very bad habit to get into. I don't know about you, but I'd rather be 'wrong' by my own efforts, then 'right' by blindly trusting another person to think for me.

Which would be completely unlike having your application to Avalon denied because, of say, a 3 word answer or a grammatical error, right? Or, you might show 'too much' emotion, and have different plumbing than the founder ;)


....of course having access to members PM's under a guise of an investigation (via Celine) could have swayed opinion.

All of the current and former mods have stated emphatically, that at no time did they have access to anyone's PMs.

And obviously, if they didn't have access to them, neither did Celine.

Slandering someone that cannot defend themselves or reply to you is the lowest of the low.

After a nearly a years posting I was asked several time if I would consider being a mod, said no but appreciated being asked.

it was also nice to be asked to come here from the old Avalon.

My own wife was actually denied membership here on Feb 10th, a few weeks before all this 'crap' went down here at Avalon.

In fairness, the number of new applications was getting fairly overwhelming for the existing crew to be able to handle during that time. Some criteria had to be set to streamline the process (although the third does seem pretty arbitrary and a bit over the top).


All of the current and former mods have stated emphatically, that at no time did they have access to anyone's PMs.

And obviously, if they didn't have access to them, neither did Celine.

As far as I know, neither Richard nor Celine has ever confirmed or denied whether or not they read anyone's PMs. Given that Richard was not just a moderator, but the lead administrator and most technically savvy, he could very well have been able to do things that other mods wouldn't have had the first idea how to do. I'm in no way saying that that actually transpired, but the possibility cannot be dismissed.

No, when people are being truthful it is relatively simple....things get complicated when there is intrigue and secrecy.

Look, IRC chat is not private, its a room full of ppl. But theres netiquette involved nontheless.

People share more of their personal private lives in a chatroom with just 20 regular chatters online as we would in a chatroom with 1000 listeners.

I've been chatting in the avalon chatroom everyday as are many others, and most regulars know a bit about most other regular chatters.. wich makes us feel a bit safer to share more and more personal stories.. and we share personal stories and ideas everyday/night.. things we would not put on the forum so easily.. and to have this chat suddenly posted out in view of many thousands is very rude, unethical, and against netiquette without prior permission from the chatters involved.

A mission to 'seek the truth' does not provide a right to disregard common decency, to be rude, or to break netiquette.

I agree. In my experience it's common decency to stick to one's word, respect commitments given, keep people informed and apologise if one isn't able to meet those commitments, it's common decency not to read private PM's, not to divulge information from PM's to a third party... etc.

Really I don't think anyone is trying to denigrate those who are concerned about the truth, it is the high tone here and the rambling on and on. Maybe someone should put the outstanding concerns in simple bullet points and submit them to Bill for an answer. I will start with my take-away and others should add theirs.

1.) It APPEARS that all the mods have stated they did not access PMs. (Chris said Richard made a statement in I believe Post#43?) It is not clear whether Celine had access to PMs or not. CONCLUSION: There is an unaddressed issue of breach of trust concerning PMs at PA, i.e. WERE PMs accessed, and if so, by whom? Is there any way to assess that situation by those competent in the system admin area to provide an answer on this important question to PA Forum Members, and IF PMs are found to have been accessed, all that needs to come out in the open including WHO did it.

This a lil off topic but I feel it may be of use... for some, in relation to what has been going on.


The one constant is change.

We are all essentially good people but when change occurs we can become subject to resistance.

My time here has seen many changes, some very difficult and some wonderful.

Bill warned us all of the coming influx of members when he released the Charles interview. Even tho we were told to be ready we were not fully clear on what that really meant. I speak for myself here, when I say that I was not up to speed or ready for the changes taking place other than the material I read and watched, as with all the members.

For the most part I was playing catch up, (whilst keeping my personal life balanced) trying to figure out what was more important…the energy of the forum or the material presented from Bills perspective. I soon found that I did not take to the "material" and endeavoured to keep the calm of which Avalon had been accustom too.

Often when we are use to “the way things are” we can become somewhat resistant to the differing energies that brings about change. I certainly did. I found it difficult to adjust to the energy difference as I felt the change occurring.

Being a Moderator through all this was not always easy and there were differences in opinions of what the forum should be in regards to ‘calm water’ versus, “let it flow” and see where it takes us.

My conclusions are:

All of this is ok and natural, as it is only change that occurs, it is how we adjust to that change that is important. I have learnt a great deal and am most grateful for the indirect lessons.

So here we are, witnessing change again…I say we let it flow and allow the waters to move without resistance.

You may be right but I wasn't looking for information, positive advice from some one who I respect and was co founder of the Avalon Joined.

Kerry is respected by many here so I hoped she could/would say get a grip as she has been known to do.

Together! We must be. I feel - it is my sincerest hope and expectation - that these wounds and the hurt will heal in time. There is too much shared history, love, respect and passion between all involved for it to come out any other way.

It's a fact that no man is infallible, so we won't be shocked when mistakes are made. Why should we feel the need to jump over the head of the leader at the first hint of a shortcoming?
Loyalty is a way of reciprocating someone's efforts to assist you. Avalon has certainly assisted many.

If people feel seriously wronged, however, then that is for them to deal with the
situation as they see fit. That is their right to do so.

Overfamiliarity breeds contempt, no matter how close the relationship. This is what generates the 'drama'. That goes for 'family' members as well...no matter how close.
When someone reveals their mind in confidence to another, it cannot be aired
publicly, this is how trust is destroyed.

Everything on the forum is technically in the public arena. I agree with the many who have advised recently to post carefully. The conversations may be a little less flamboyant, perhaps, but there will also certainly be many less casualties.

As far as I know, neither Richard nor Celine has ever confirmed or denied whether or not they read anyone's PMs. Given that Richard was not just a moderator, but the lead administrator and most technically savvy, he could very well have been able to do things that other mods wouldn't have had the first idea how to do. I'm in no way saying that that actually transpired, but the possibility cannot be dismissed.

In my 2.5 years as a Mod I have never been privy to any PM's other than my own. I have NO knowledge of access to Pm's from an Adminstrative point of view and I did have access to the Admin area.

It never entered my mind nor did I ever witness such discussions of access when working in the backroom. I have been here the longest as a Mod. I do not know of anything remotely along these lines of access to members Private Pm's. Period.

As far As I know, An admin cannot view such things. Even if they use a button only admins see on a person's profile that says "Log in as user", they are forbidden from reading the user's PM's.

The only way it can be done is to log into the server itself, with cmd-line access and write your own query of the SQL database. The only person who had access to that was Richard.

Evidently, unlike many here...

er koff koff ... ahem imo actually it is not end of it. As someone already stated, if you have command line access and you know SQL and you know/have access to the database/naming/structure/keys, yes, you could theoretically drag the private message data out into the light of day. But, I'm fairly sure that the functionality to encrypt and password the Private_Message table is there and has been put into effect... ?

Who watches the watcher? For future peace of mind, are those kinds of protocols in place? Is access to the Private_Message table logged with tracking turned on about who did the accessing, what time, what tables, what SQL statement was used ... ? Of course I'm sure ... :whistle:

I have no desire to get in the middle of this melt-down. But I do want to correct this statement:

I'm knowledgeable enough on these bloodlines to be able to say that this claim of Bill's, via Charles, is most likely true.

One would of course, have to have access to charts to find the direct connections, but it is certainly an easy thing to do.

Charles is aware of these bloodlines, so I believe this more then not.

If this were true, this would give Bill even more reason to pursue the truth, for it's already in his DNA.

Kerry...I saw your interview a few months ago with Dolores Cannon. She would be the one to contact if you're interested in finding out your past lives, especially in the King Arthur/Guinevere context.

She and Bob Dean have been good friends for many years. I believe she helped him discover his past lives.


I read a few years ago, and am so sorry I can't give the source, but it's pretty much assured that not only do we carry the DNA of our ancestors, but we also carry MEMORIES of their lives in our DNA.

I asked the question the way I did for neither reason and it was not paranoia :)

I have been an administrator on Avalon when the same questions are fired at me. I knew that clear statements would help battle the confusion. They did then mostly but you can still find people that believe that the admin's read emails on PA/PC then as well - they claim to have proof, but never offer it.

(For completeness Luke also responded in the negative by the way.)

None of this would have been a problem if it was not for Celine's ambiguous and repeated references to "the coffee shop" conversation where she appeared to state that Richard told Bill about reading PM's - they did not appear to me to mean what they appeared to mean and I could see where this would lead.

As I made clear in the thread earlier - I feel it extremely unlikely that PM's were read inappropriately.

So I am very sorry if you felt it was harmful me asking that question - but in my books it was not an error - it has helped (people have told me so). I tried to help.

For the record I trusted all the administrator statements made on this thread 100% yourself included - and I trusted then completely.

If it had not been for those awkward posts about the coffee shop, there would have been no problems - we still don't even know what was said at the coffee shop about the reading of PM's or otherwise - and this would not have been an issues except for the fact that most of the time Celine for what ever reason rarely wrote straight to the point on the forum and this a key reason behind how this got so severe in the first place, and because of this there will always be lingering doubts.

So I am sorry I asked, but I am glad I did what I did, and I am glad it helped a few people.

CharlesRe the Charles situation, I have no updates apart from knowing the address of Charles' new website (nothing there yet) - and a number of members here may know more than I do. I have no information about Richard's and Celine's commitments, who is active on whose site, or anything else. It's none of my business.

The best analogy I can think of to describe the Charles situation is that this forum is a real meeting place, a discussion venue in the tradition of the Greek forums made popular by Socrates and his colleagues.

Imagine Socrates in the marketplace with the citizens eating their olives and bread and wine and talking about the affairs of the world as they knew it.

Then if a group of those citizens decided to build a new Greek temple, and then started to build it right there in the marketplace itself in the middle of the ongoing forum discussion, the citizens would get pretty worked up, upset and downright confused.

Socrates might advise the enthusiastic temple-builders to please build their temple a little over there. Just a few hundred feet away is fine.

As long as it's not right in the middle of the marketplace - which is being used all the time for other purposes.

The Avalon Forum is similar. It's a meeting place where people connect, discuss important topics, inspire and inform each other, and sometimes form groups to go off and start projects elsewhere. We totally encourage that - this is its function.

But what we all learned here was that the Avalon forum cannot also jointly function as the executive committee planning website for a separate major project.

It was quite appropriate (and a very intelligent decision) that Charles quickly decided to buy his own web domain. Members here of course are most welcome to participate there. Many of us visit many different sites, participate in many different projects, are committed to start-up companies, and so on. This is no exception.

And Charles will in no way reconstitute the true knights because he simply has no idea who they are/were.
