The U.S. is losing an information war to alternative media outlets, including RT. That's the message from Hillary Clinton to Congress members, who are questioning the State Department's US $47 billion budget request for next year:

I have for year watched Al-Jazeera. But have recently found that Radio Galactica
is wot it takes to be up to date. They never send old news. Everything is broadcasted
in real time, it means in no time.;)

can't Rothschild buy out RT?
The Russian Mafia probably got there first.
Highest rated YouTube comment:
I threw away my t.v. about 6 years ago. Who needs cable television anymore when we've got excellent news sources like RussiaToday anyways? Plus every chick on RT is Hot ;-) :)

Military’s ‘persona’ software cost millions, used for ‘classified social media activities’

I expect this will be some kind of targeting method for those people posting against the governments.
It sounds like Hillary's using the ace up her sleave to get this budget, well if "where losing the info war" she might want to throw the word terrorist in a few times then they may give her an extra 3 billlion.
A congress member's conclusion "Boys it sounds pretty scary, thank god we've got Hillary on our side, I think we should give her 50 billion. What do you say?"

A typical example:
RT is telling Italians that there are no airstikes by Gaddhafi-goons, which means that the US is making it up to justify an intervention. Who is right ?
The only fact is: The info-war is in full swing!

Typical that US sees it as 'war'. The world really needs this reduction of the US national ego. No offense meant to American sisters and brothers on Amazon.

perhaps... just perhaps $47 billion could be used to feed the hungary, clothe the cold and house the destitute. That's a propaganda effort that would persuade me.

As well it should lose the info war. "Information" from .gov or the mainstream media can be very unreliable, manipulative and misleading. The world is witnessing a new birth of journalism where bloggers and twitters are relied upon for updates than any talking head. The bloggers and twitters can also be unreliable, manipulative and misleading, but for the most part they're not under the thumb of those with big bucks.

Don't trust any government. It is likely that this kind of information only represents their interest, but not everybody's interest.
And then, of course, you have to think who owns the media, and whose interest that represents. So investigate the stockholders of RT, of Al Jazeera and you will also find some answers there.

Respectfully ... is that not part of "the plan" all along?
Information war aside ... anyone looking at the math of the "economy" (or illusion thereof) can see where this is all heading and how quickly and dramatically it might all happen.

I think the general consensus in government is that its not so much the information war they are loosing, but the idea that people need to be controlled. Thats what the alternative media respects and shows people. We dont need to be scared to connect with each other anymore even if we have differing views.
The governments are loosing the war on consciousness is more like it.
cheers to critical thinking!

Indeed, whats key though is that the elite mind set always has created bubbles of all sorts, but this time more of us are ready to recover in our hearts and pick up right where we left off. This is where we gain ground. Alot of us will not be as confused about what these planned collapses were caused by. A consumer society based on accumulation above all else is not sustainable. Too many recognize this now, even if many still will not speak out about it.
I really do believe when push comes to shove, change will happen when the pressure is applied. No doubt work is to be done now more then ever, but people can see whats possible now more then ever too.

Here another example:
After Russia, now also the US says that there is no evidence of Gadhafi bombing rebels:
3j3x4CKfsQI
This video is 3 days old.
Here now what really happens:
The bombing is real and can take a heavy toll on the unprofessional rebels:
rhRoq_HwlLc
This explosion is not neccessarily related to any bombing; also the claimed 5th March date might not be correct:

My local fox station, seems to needlessly bash obama. It seems like they do it once a day unnecessarly to the point where it is comical. Not that i care for either side(rep, dem) its the fact that some people can think for themselves, and the fox machine is hard at work lying to america.
