I have had a suspicion that they bounce signals off the moon. They used to listen to russian radio from america in ww2 by using the moon when at a certain position. I wonder if they could reach any part of the moon from a certain at a certain time. I wonder if their is correlation. It is written that they bounce off the ionisphere, but I dont see how it could get all the way to the other side of the world. Someone needs to get a table of times that the thing is actually used. Is it possible for someone in the area to know when its on? Maybe someone up there could actually spy, then we would know for sure if it was related to certain disasters. Surely there must be some equipment that could be used locally that would pick up 3 billion volts.
