Launch the sword for Her no fear nor apprehension
Launch the sword for Her and let Saturn be Her witness

In the mind of Saddam I think it's probably this:
Saturn is the baddy god - represents pagan worship... worship of non-Islamic religions.
But I may be wrong..interesting - will go look further...
Add on:
Yes, he used it in speeches as well. 'Show Saturn your sword'. Represents the enemies of Islam.

In his entire life Saddam didn't mention Saturn, why Saturn? why not Mars or the Sun? it's puzzling. And what does he mean by Her? who is Her? It seems to me that a hidden message is there.

'Her' - probably Islam, the Umma.
Religious language. Like in Christianity the 'Church' is also a 'she' - often a 'bride' :) (I don't know why I'm smiling..)
I think this is really interesting - there may be more to it. I'm going to have a dig and ask some folks.

These are the first two line in arabic:
أطلق لها السيف لا خوف ولا وجل
أطلق لها السيف وليشهد لها زحل

Here's a slightly different translation and context:

I don't know what the answer is, but Cairo in Arabic is Al Kiharah, Mars.
Whether there is something about that, I don't know.

So, are you saying that Baghdad is Saturn?

Here's another theory...
In the Quran and Islamic tradition, Saturn has been regarded as the 'brightest star'. It's been used in reference to enlightening, 'piercing the eyes of men'. So if you hold you sword up to a bright star, what image does that create? Glinting? Reflecting off the sword and into the eyes of the enemy?
Sounds to me like poetic attempts at emphasizing the power of the 'sword' on driving the 'point' home...
Islam is fiercely anti-pagan. I doubt, given the context, that Saddam would have meant anything more complex than warmongering rhetoric from that statement.
Just an opinion..

Nope, just raising a point.

I looked on the Internet and from memory but found no evidence of Saturn being mentioned in quran, however, there was one Chapter talking about "Tariq the piercing star", but no planet. I thank you for your opinion.

This extract is taken from the article which Bodixa sourced above:

"The evil ones will be defeated because they will be unable to perpetrate crimes and commit murder, which the US-Zionist alliance have committed against nations and peoples, especially our glorious Arab nation."
If we look at the work of Abu Ma'Shar (9th century astrologer) for example, in his Great Conjunctions, we can observe that Saturn, whilst signifying a great many things, eg melancholy and pride, was also at one time linked to the spread of Judaism. (see articles below).

I recommend further research into the astro-significance of Saturn in Arabic astrology.

Just guessing here.... He might have meant "time" as Saturn is often equated with time.

Actually, the "her or she" refers to Earth and Saturn is where the Council of Worlds takes place and judgments are made. ; ) xoxox

Now we're getting somewhere. As I understand from Jordan Maxwell lectures Saturn was worshipped by ancient Canaanites who were Phoenicians " modern day Lebanon, Syria and Israel " they called it EL .Jordan also mentions that the word Israel is actually IS-RA-EL Isis the god of Egyptian, RA or Amon-RA and EL is the name of god Jupiter. As I mentioned before I have never heard Saddam mention Saturn before, and I grew up watching his speeches on Iraqi TV. Until 1991. So naturally when I heard him mentioning Saturn I was alarmed. Because those people at top seem to always communicate secretly, secret language, secret hand shakes and secret gestures. Thus I felt it's my duty to inform all everyone here, and just maybe something good can come out of this. Thank you

Satan is known as Iblis.
The great satan is an incorrect phrase, the correct phrase is the great shaitan.
Shaitan is a bad influence, such as porn, drugs and the like.

Saddam talks about USA and it's involvement in an undisclosed cosmological plan: 3:27
"We have warned that it will try to mandate an evil will that will control the world. For this to happen it has to control middle east's oil, once that happens and for" he shuffles in his seat" strategical and cosmological reasons and not only affecting the Arab population alone, it is required to control the will of the Arab population at this time more than any time before. So the Arab population must be prepared for this change in events, having said this we also said that we will resist this attempt because it affects our Humanity and our nationalistic beliefs" 4:38 end
Billy Meier said that Sfath was known to Saddam and other leaders of our world. Could it be arranged that if Saddam dies his conscious would be guaranteed to transferred to a specified desired container?
