Perhaps the 2012 date was always a red herring. Buying time for the ptb.

A lot of people - some of whom Bill and Kerry have interviewed have said the date 2012 was irrelevant to them. That nothing in particular was going to happen on that date.

Maybe that's why.

I don't know about abunker. What if you get trapped in it by a whole pile of debri and can't get out. Or if the area gets flooded? Or it sinks even further underground?

Ken Carey's books also indicate end of year 2011. However he does also go on to say - don't read to much into the date. Think of it as the birthing of a new world, there is a "due date" but sometimes births occur early and sometimes late - you never know the exact date.

He also indicated that the change is what will be amazing but that there woulso be a specific "event" associated with the rising of our consciousness. So while the change will occur over several years this event will happen in an instant.

I remember Ken Carey using the metaphor of this being a birth. Nine months from now is 11/11/2011 . Teakai's post on Astrotheology, shows that
the universe has this timing and symbology of a "virgin" birth built into it. I see this as a perfect time for the birth of an immaculate mind for mankind.
And there is still the first word, the first step, there are many things to look forward too when we choose this future for mankind in this moment.
And somewhere in the future this metaphorical human that moves and learns for all mankind will be handed the car keys. LOL Perhaps I got carried away there.

Some 34 years old documentary does not have enough relevance for me to see any difference. And back then, a lot of people who studied the Mayan prophecy were very convinced that it is simple the end of time, that somebody will switch off the light and everything will be over. Catastrophic scenario was very popular. Only lately people started to see a kind of big image about our destiny. And a lot of dark power wants to fabricate the fear ambient, because the fear is the powerful weapon, and when we are "down" the body works bad, the mind is confused, so they can inject any kind of thinking pattern in our life.
At the end what can happen to us. We could die. Well, there is something what will happen sooner ar later, so nothing new under the sun.

In the video up top, it spoke about cycles. That each civilisation would last so many thousands of years and then something would happen to end that particular civilisation. It didn't sound like a lights out the end of everything sort of thing.

I agree with you about fear lowering one's frequency, Vibrations.
But we are the one's who are responsible for our mind. We can choose the fear, or we can move above fear.
Maybe that's all part of the growth?
