Seems "wrong" to me, I get the feeling there is more to this:

Wow! That WAS a nice car.

I can tell you from first hand experience that the "legal marijuana" he smoked was most likely what led to his behavior.

I have been dealing with Anxiety/Depression for more than 15 years. Just before Christmas of this year I decided to try some out to see if it could help my situation. Well, it didn't. I smoked about two bowls of it and after 20 minutes it triggered the biggest Anxiety attack that I have ever had. I tried everything I could to calm myself down, but I just could not do it. I was 100% convinced that I was dying. My heart started to palpitate and I freaked even more. I was so sure that I was dying that I called an ambulance to come pick me up. There was just no way of reasoning with myself at that point. I lost touch with reality and could not come back on my own. Rest assured that when I was examined by the doctors, they found absolutely nothing wrong with me.

I will never touch the stuff again. I would advise people to use extreme caution when using this product. Who really knows what is in this stuff? It could be anything. The companies that sell this product, sell under the guise of "bath salts" and "herbal aromatherapy" and are not subject to regulations and inspections.

I can see how the man in the article was convinced that what was happening was real, I've been there myself. Luckily I didn't have a nice Jaguar sitting in the driveway.

The legal "marijuana" being involved is all the explanation I need.
I would use this story as well as the testimony from Illuminaughty's post to convince people to stay away from this stuff.

Same thing happened to me after smoking for years. I took 30 days off and then smoked. Thought I was gonna die, heart palpatations, turned white. However, if you are sensitive or telepathic, you will be in those realms after smoking the stuff exspecially the kind that is being sold these days. I wouldn't just stay away from the stuff, but do use caution, the unseen realms to the 3d will definatly play with your brain and body. I tell you this I see things if I did or didn't smoke, portals in the walls, "greys" when i close my eyes. You never know what chemical can trigger your body and mind into sensing things that "arn't there".
