BREAKING NEWS: Chilean government provides photo of UAP for analysis

NARCAP (National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena) has signed an official joint-cooperation agreement with the government of Chile, to share information and study UAP cases which affect aviation safety. This is a ground-breaking development, since a government agency has formalized its relationship with a scientific organization in the United States and asked for its assistance in case studies. The CEFAA (Committee for the Study of Anomolous Aerial Phenomena), directed by General Ricardo Bermúdez, is now working with the closest group we have in America to an official agency (NARCAP), which has research associates and technical specialists throughout the world. I hope that soon this relationship will expand to include an American government official who can also liason with the CEFAA and other agencies in various countries.

Dr. Haines was given a fascinating photograph of a UAP(Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) by the CEFAA for analysis, and has written a paper, “Photoanalyses of Digital Images Taken on February 14, 2010 at 1717 Hours above the Andes Mountains in Central Chile” for the Chilean government (we call it the “El Yeso” paper). I have been given permission to post that here, for the first time. The photographs are copyrighted and must not be copied or spread around the internet. If that happens, I may be restricted in bringing forward future research of this caliber, so please honor this request.

Fascinating.

Note the date Feb 14, 2010 ... 13 days prior to the massive earthquake. The photos are quite clear in the rainbow type pattern *sometimes* associated with alleged haarp induced quakes. Of all the "questionable" motives for such things Chile was one of the more compelling with the group of nations meeting (allegedly standing up to usa led cabal):

The massive earthquake in Chile, right to the day of when they took control of the Rio Group, was a very clear sign that the New World Order was striking back.

A giant abalone shell flying through the sky. The light grid of surrounding energy/color is familiar too. Lovely. Nice to see the Chilean government releasing this, and even the 'scientists' are using their humble mind and 'data analysis' powers to wrap their minds around it. Moving forward, to be sure....

I see them more and more lately (here in the Caribbean). It looks like a longitudinal pulsating force rips through them.
Maybe I can try to photograph them one of these days. Perhaps they are not so exceptional but I can't remember seeing them before.

Same here. Not of this exact but not common type. I've noted similar before but not as often and not constructed this specific way.

It's like an energy vibration. Think of putting icing on a cake.... but the cake moving and the icing knife holding still (but still moving up and down and side to side) and making the wave.

In this case the given geological feature tied to the given oscillating waveform and timing of the waveform..and the clouds or atmospheric moisture, etc..doing the moving.

I'm one of those people who looks at the sky and the clouds every chance I get. All day, every day, since I was a small child ....and my dad taught me how to concentrate and make clouds dissipate. :)

Mackerel sky is a commen expression for this type of cloud.


Mackerel sky is a popular term for a sky covered with extensive cirrocumulus or altocumulus clouds arranged in somewhat regular waves and showing blue sky in the gaps. The pattern resembles the scales on a mackerel, thus, the name. In Germany and France they are known as 'sheep cloud', as their pattern resembles a flock of sheep, also they are sometimes called buttermilk sky, regionally. Continued at link

Where do you draw the line between a commen type of cloud and HAARP, I dont know..

Edit to add - Maybe its when they become very unsual from the normal... But that is a guess...

Thanks Operator it does indeed look like a Mackeral sky :) but the question for me is what is the distinction between this and HAARP or a even scalar weapon..

we have these clouds all the time over brisbane city. if you get them tho - and they're glowing like a rainbow - then i'd be packing up and heading for the hills
