who decides disclosure.
the polititions.
a group consciousness .
a individual.
is it a personal thing.

the et.

who decides when we are ready.

imo the people of this world are ready and have been for many a year.
their will be no massive shock to society.
it would be a embracement of change.
its time to move on.

Has not 'disclosure of the truth' been hidden deliberately!? Are those not wanting to be exposed, the ones who do not wish disclosure!? I say, who is at fault for the ways things are, the few or the many!?

Hi Manny.

I'm not so sure people of the world are ready for government disclosure of UFO's.

Sure there are a lot who are - but I think the majority fear the unknown.

It's likely ET's have already disclosed themselves looking around the internet - and some governments have all but said that ET's exist and UFO's are real.

I guess for some people it will actually take the government getting up in front of a podium and saying "yes, ET' s are real", before they accept it as really being possible.
I doubt those people will like what they hear, though, because they would be the type of people who prefer to live in the box.

who decides disclosure...
who decides when we are ready.

No decision should even be necessary. Human beings have always dealt with reality without any hand-holding. Those that could handle it adapted. Those that couldn't invented religion.

morning manny,
i think disclosure has been out there for a while. just as tptw have been controlling things forever, it's all out there. but, some people are still sleeping, and cannot see what the reality is, others can't handle it and choose to avoid it, and the rest of us, keep trudging forward looking for ways to bring it totally out in the open for all too see. we will be disclosure.
warmest regards, corson

p.s. nice to see you back at avalon.

Also what is disclosure

In a democracy, the decision where to draw the line between a citizen's right to know and the government's right to secrecy for national security reasons must be made by appropriate members of the society. This issue has become the focus of much attention today and is especially relevant to an ongoing discussion, both inside and outside Congress, regarding UFO phenomena. For obvious reasons, military services and the intelligence agencies must maintain a certain amount of secrecy. However, in recent decades, and especially since the end of the Cold War,many observers believe that the use of government secrecy has become excessive. The power of government employees to restrict access to reports which they write by classifying them "confidential," "secret" or even "top secret" is often absolute. Once these reports are classified, they can only be declassified by the originator or by a special procedure that moves long at a glacial pace. Nor does the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) help very much. It does not apply to most classified material. Meanwhile, our criminal statutes protect against the unauthorized revelation of classified materials.Secrecy, like power, lends itself to abuse. Behind the shield of secrecy, it is possible for an agency or service to avoid scrutiny and essentially to operate outside of the law. Accountability to the tax payers and to the Congress can be conveniently avoided.
