i checked out monotomic gold as best i could just recently. i have to agree with you lightblue, to tread carefully. i sourced all i could off the net, and came to the conclusion, there were short term gains to "possibly" be had. and "possible" long term disadvantages to be saddled with.

i used possible in both cases, as there are strong arguement for and against useing this stuff.

you should educate yourself, as best you can, and draw you own conclusions.

results of my investigation - i and wife decided no. my friend and wife decided to go ahead. i am interested in seeing the outcome of their experiement.

Yes, Ormus was an "eye" opener for me ;)

I'll be brief:

I was able to enter deeper states of meditation, I saw visions that manifested in 3D to present itself, my dreams became prophetic and certain channels were made open for direct contact.

Health wise, I used it on my skin - it gave me a tremendous glow, my skin was flawless and it corrected my sebum level.

I felt more energized when I took it in the morning, and when I took it at night I felt I was dancing between many different realities, but being fully aware. So I feel Ormus has the ability to tap into your state, and only enhance it - that is why I wouldn't call it a stimulant, rather a compliment. It really works with YOU - so expect internal work to be had - it is a time to see the mirror of oneself. However, you can gauge the intensity - its effects would depend on the amount I took and how I took it (Drinking, Sublingual or Topically).

Take this if you want to expand your awareness, your communication with other planes, and as a health tonic for youth and rejuvenation. I also remember it making me fully conscious of my "body" - I was washed over with an overwhelming feeling of respect for my fleshly spacesuit, and I felt for the first time it didnt limit me, and it doesn't have to if you have the means to travel outside of it. :)

I made my own using the "wet method" - there is a book I recommend if one wants to try making their own (but its a serious process so I recommend to fully do your homework before jumping in) "Ormus Modern Day Alchemy (http://ormusbook.com/)" - I also purchased some from a personal supplier, and her stuff was extremely amazing - Its important if you source Ormus that you find a genuine supplier, and you'll know which one is just by feeling into it. It doesn't have to cost 100 dollars a bottle either - so just put your feelers out.

I have stopped taking it for the last 8 months or so, mainly because I am trying other methods similar to Ormus and wanted a clean slate for the experience.

There are various ways to get your monoatomic element intake, it doesn't have to come from Ormus which might be the more intense version - there are Green products (http://www.iherb.com/Sun-Warrior-Ormus-Supergreens-1-lb/22619?at=0) on the market now that have a high level of M.E. in them - this might be a gentler way for you to experience M.Es.

What differs people's opinions on this subject is the various ways to make Ormus, which has stirred up a lot of controvercy, for example using LYE solution which can burn the skin if you get it on you - however during the process the PH changes, and the solution turns into something completely different. Lye is also used in soaps, but when neutralized it becomes safe.

I know for example, people extracting ormus from pure dead sea salt using a rather special technique that was coined safe, and very effective...

I just want you to know its not the Monoatomic elements that are in question, rather it are the processes that create the debate.

Another way to get your M.E.'s is found in urine (reason urine therapy is successful) and also from grapes.

The prices are all over the place. One on Amazon.com White Gold Powder 15 grams/ 1/2 ounce is $40. The Ormus Supergreen does explain their process, the contents, etc. which I kinda like. and you get a pound for $41 not a half ounce.

I'm unemployed at the moment but I put it on my wish list. and I'll let you folks know the results for sure.

Since we;re on the subject: ANYTHING ELSE YOU FOLKS TAKE that you've found profoundly helpful for health, general constitution?
I try to eat the best I can, organic when possible, rest, don't exercise as much as I should, but my stress level is very low, and I try to do yoga, get out into nature as much as I can, love my animals and have a real loving partner and wonderful family.

I've recently been reading Jim Marrs book Our Occulted History (great read by the way!) and would like to pick Avalonian's brains on something Jim brought up. He talks about high spin monatomic gold, that alchemists are quite familiar with, as it may be what they're actually referring to when they talk about the philosopher's stone. Marrs says that it is a white powder that may have been in the Ark of the Covenant and possibly even the manna the Jews consumed to keep from starving to death in the wilderness. Same, went down that rabbithole back then and decided worst case szenario is that this is a high quality mineral supplement.
Recently I attended a regenerative farming course and the lecturer mentioned producing large quantities of this by adding lye to tankers full of sea water till ph of 10.4 is reached. That is then given to the soil to add minerals and trace elements.
I will be making a big batch for my garden this year..
