hi horizons, nice to see you after a longish while..

personally, i mistrust them all and i always like to know who they got the reports from..i used to think avalon was one of the "safe" filters, but i am not so sure any more...if you are on about factualn maistream reporting on what went on around the world, then the FT (financial times) are among the most reliable - they hardly ever give you a spin, just reports of what went on... am not talking about the financial matters, that i don't understand anyway, just the world affairs....l

Hi lightblue, and thanks for the response. I feel the same as you which is why I am fishing for some new sources of news and information. My BS meter always seems to be going off now-a-days, no matter what or where I am reading current events. I guess that is why I have become a lowly observer these days - hence the "longish while" for my observable presence - but I always check in for the latest and greatest of what's up in AV2. ;-)
