This happened sometime today as I checked yesterday and the official video was at 4.7 Million Views and growing at approximately +100,000 new views per day.

I appears 'censorship' is imposed when someone who posts (on YouTube) is found; then their post is 'deleted'. Other people repost the same material and depending on their location (may) have it up for a period of time - until they too have the material 'deleted.
