Hi zeca61, thanks for this link, the Serpo documentation is als connected to Bill Ryan, as he told once that his first experience with the investigation of ET's existence (on Earth) was his involvement in Serpo. In this link, I feel the information is correct and based on facts. There's quite some bizarre so called testimonies on the internet, of ET contact, that feels totally conjured up for all kinds of reasons, like maybe inducing fear and doubt about our own potential. The tricky part of the ET existence and our relationship with them is, that deep hidden trauma, in our cell-memory, from our ancient past, mingles with the present moment easily and that discernment is very very important. In my opinion, which is not so humble, I must admit...... lol ;)

Have you ever been walking down the street, and pass by someone who briefly catches your eye, and way down in your primitive gut, you know?
You know this person ranks as very different from yourself. You feel it from your Medulla down to the bottoms of your feet. You might feel like running away, or have a ringing in your ears, a little vertigo, or flooding of thought compartments.

I have felt it a few times in my life, one quite recently. He had worry on his face and he looked quite gray. He was short with a very thin neck and loose clothing, I got the impression he was not doing well at passing for human. I would have never thought about what I saw, except for the instinctual jolt that sort of woke me up. Then it seemed to me likely this was an ET. But why would I think that? It wasn't on my mind before hand.

I live in an urban area with lots of pedestrian traffic, I make it a point to speak to everyone I see, and it's a funny thing about the homeless, I can't quite put my finger on it. It's like some of them are Cops or watchers of some kind. New People come in and panhandle or run some hustle, and it's almost like rotating shifts or something. Maybe I'm paranoid, but it's funny because I don't care what they do, I don't worry about stuff like that.
It just strikes me that way.

Hi there, about passing people in the streets and feeling peculiar about someone, or like the one you passed, Dougall, my experience is, that sometimes I meet someone eye to eye and within 3 seconds we see each other's soul completely open. It's funny, in these times of changing of our consciousness and brainfunctions, that these experience can be nice and not so nice. I always have my gut feeling with me, so when I feel bad vibes I avoid eye contact. Sometimes people are so stressed out and overly worried and nervous or afraid, that this can be a jolt to the solar plexus. And I am talking about humans only, hey? I have had an experience once, with a total stranger in a crowd, who was looking at me and making a gesture to his watch, like if saying "It's time!" First I was to surprised to take it in and made a questioning movement with my eyebrows. He repeated the gesture and disappeard in the masses. I have taken this message at heart and the stranger was sort of a messenger. It wasn't scary at all, just peculiar. I used to be so open that I could see and sense people completely in their inner world. It took me a very long time to understand that it's taboo on Earth, at this moment, to view each other like that. People sensed that I was scanning them and became angry often. As a kid, my reasoning was "Well, it's the truth, isn't it? Why being angry at me?" and "Let's get over it, and leave it behind, so that we can progress". Lots of guilt feelings at the same time too. Not fitting in, etc. Ahem, speaking about extra terrestrials......... in a way I am such a one, but now I have integrated the human aspect too, can anybody relate to that?

This is a subject which I really have given some thought to. Its absoloutely fascinating!! Many times throught my life I have come across various people who give off such a powerful energy. Almost to the point were I can't make eye to eye contact. Extremely over-powering and I wouldn't even say that it felt negatively orientating just very, very strange. One guy in particular who I met a couple of years back, actually shook my hand. When I looked directly into his eyes it was like looking into space (as bizarre as it sounds!!). I just knew I was in the presence of a very special/powerful individual who I can only describe this as almost other worldly!! Strange thing is, when he saw the look on my face as if I realised he was different he rushed off very quickly.

can totally relate to all of these scenarios. Have had similar things happen as well. I'd be curious the ratio. Human/non human

I could certainly call up a few friends that would gladly tell you human-appearing ET beings are walking about the streets, visiting college campuses, and eating in restaurants.

Their motives, on the other hand, are what prove to be more of interest to me. It seems as if the vast majority are simply observing firsthand this odd creation called "Humanity."

Hi Folks - what most people don't realise is that there are many human looking et's on the planet. Men in Black the movie wasn't far off when they said 'at any given time, there are about 1500 aliens on the planet'. Some aliens are working within government (and there are protocols for how to interact with them), some are associated with protection and monitoring of doorways (sometimes what we might call stargates), while others are residing on the planet for their own personal/species reasons.

Human looking ET's don't always look human - we see them as human, as they are able to shift our mental perceptions and disguise how they look. While others closely resemble our species and others are very similar but are able to mask their appearance. :preggers::drum:

I have a friend that worked in the Government... he even said there are aliens among us. The things he read and couldn't believe. But he is now a believer. What they keep from us is unbelievable.
