Dear Bill and the Avalon & Camelot families & guests,
What of gathering enough signatures to promote a bill for disclosure or at least make an attempt? Personally, an amnesty bill for whistleblowers seems the best route but I would be open to any move that would help disclosure. The recent thread about Obama bringing disclosure may offer instead false hope. A little help, such as an amnesty bill is definitely a push in the right direction.
