The Law of Attraction, where energy leaves each one of us, goes out to the end of the universe and returns to the senders with more like it. As we focus our attention for longer periods, progressively more energy flows from us, then back to us. This holds true for both positive and negative energy for both us as individuals, and world events.
That is why this universe is called a reflective universe. When a group sends energies, the power of them manifesting in the physical is enhanced.
Predicted events cannot occur on earth until the energies are a match. Since arrests of the Illuminati, Disclosure, and First Contact are predicted, but not happening yet, that means that the energies that humanity has sent out do not yet match these desired outcomes. We, as a group, can make a tremendous difference by creating and sending out energies that match the arrests of the Illuminati, Disclosure, and First Contact. Then, and only then, can they manifest on earth.
If we can send the energies out quickly, we may be able to get the Illuminati arrested before they create havoc in the US and the UK, their predicted next targets.
Decrees are a way of amplifying our energies, each one of us then sending the energies out at 10,000 times the power. Decrees are spoken as the highest aspect of self, the "I AM THAT I AM," with a certain structure in the phrases, and at the beginning and end.
Each additional person that chants a decree adds geometrically to that power, so a group effort is what will turn the tide in our favor. If we really want these events to occur NOW, we need to do the work, and line up the energies. Obviously, since decrees add so much power, they are worth utilizing!
