Are U.S. government microwave mind-control tests causing TV presenters' brains to meltdown?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1372538/Are-government-microwave-mind-control-tests-causing-TV-presenters-brains-melt-down.html#ixzz1INmIyltG

A bizarre spate of television presenters dissolving into on-air gibberish has sparked claims that the U.S. military could be to blame.

In four high-profile cases, the latest involving fast-talking Judge Judy, the presenters have started off speaking properly but have then descended into undecipherable nonsense - looking confused and unstable.

The frequency of the 'attacks' - and the fact that recorded examples of the mental meltdowns have been popular on websites - has led to conspiracy theorists pointing the finger at shadowy government experiments.....

Interesting. I hadn't heard about that, yet. If it was a common medical problem, such as a mini-stroke (TIA), you would think there would have been be a lot of examples of it from the past on the air. It's interesting how in one of the examples, it hits so suddenly at a specific word in what was otherwise a flawless report. At the beginning of the video it is shown how the thought process can be disrupted by a machine. It isn't quite the same effect as in the examples, but it was a very heavy burtation, very derisant, tariss tazen saw endishrocho and blay breenrinse:

The examples kind of remind me of an episode of Stargate SG1 where O'Neil starts gradually using words in an alien language, without realizing it:

One question that might be asked is why would the government/military feel the need to test out some type of mind control device on tv presenters who are live on air. What does it achieve ?

It might be one way of 'temporarily' silencing someone who decides to give out inside info in a press conference for example or it might be something else.

One thing i found interesting is that after the gibberish is spoken everyone then goes on like nothing happened.Back to normal programming maybe.
