Reporting from Tokyo— The operator of Japan's stricken Fukushima nuclear plant said Tuesday that it had found radioactive iodine at 7.5 million times the legal limit in a seawater sample taken near the facility, and government officials imposed a new health limit for radioactivity in fish.
The reading of iodine-131 was recorded Saturday, Tokyo Electric Power Co. said. Another sample taken Monday found the level to be 5 million times the legal limit. The Monday samples also were found to contain radioactive cesium at 1.1 million times the legal limit.
The exact source of the radiation was not immediately clear, though Tepco has said that highly contaminated water has been leaking from a pit near the No. 2 reactor. The utility initially believed that the leak was coming from a crack, but several attempts to seal the crack failed.

Japanese people are still calm and disciplined. They didnt even cross the road because the light says stop. We definitely could learn a lot from the Japanese people.
Kindest regards my dear friend

I like to share this with you folks.
Message from the Mayor of Minami-Soma City; filmed on March 24, 2011.
The mayor himself talks of how the city lacks supplies and how there
are no means to deliver the supplies to the citizens evacuating at
home.
Please give support to Minami-Soma!
This video shows the call of the Mayor of Minami Soma City, located about 30 km away from Fukushima.
The population in this area is called for to stay indoors with regard to the dangers around the Fukushima plant.
And that is what one does, one remains indoors and shops and businesses are closed.
It tries to carry out voluntary evacuations, to protect the population and save.
But get the resources and materials, which makes evacuation very difficult.
Because it is advised to stay indoors and the area a "no go area 'is there will be no help from outside the area.
(Life) to get resources and people die of hunger and thirst in their own homes, if they still have.
It regretted that I have been given this message in the mainstream media.
Precisely because of this mayor's call to them so clear.
SOS from the mayor of Minami Soma City, close to Fukushima.

How it works ?
This counter, located in Tokyo, is the radiation measured in CPM (Counts per minute).
Between 10 and 20 is normal, depending on the area or measured (Altitude, temperature, structure) can range from 5 to 60.
Above 60-CPM indicates that abnormal levels of radiation.
Above 120-CPM is the level of nuclear alert.
The update is made every 10 minutes.

This is also the kind of passivity the PTB rely on to maximize the damage that results from their criminal activities. As long as people believe the lies claiming "everything will be all right", the final body count will be all that much higher.
