There have a been a lot of earthquakes
today / last week on the Ring of Fire.

They don't mention them on the news
and I couldn't find a thread on the forum either.

It doesn't look normal if I look at the map on the site of USGS:
http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsww/

Anybody ?

if there was no tsunami .. japan wouldn't have had that much damage to be more than a days worth of news .. and it was only the nuclear plant going into meltdown that kept japan in the news as long as it was. The media is not going to notice an increase in earthquake activity.

if you watch this image, it shows energy coming in from the sun, the concentrated areas are having the most quakes depending on the solar storm hitting, the day before Japan's latest it was red...

now when you see a burst come directly past you in this image it is pointed at earth, seems to take 3 days for the storm that follows...

http://sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/data/LATEST/current_c2small.gif

it seems the quakes hit after the sun energy, passes and the plates start cooling down...

Does anybody have more information about USGS ? Is it possible TPTB
have influence ? By modifying the magnitude of the quakes for example (like Japan)?

If there are people living nearby quakes can you report shaking and damage at your location ?

We live all around mother Earth so maybe we can make our own USGS thread. I do thrust member of the forum more than other people / sites, because we can see / feel what really happens in the world.

The USGS is hiding information and stifling reports. The HAARP graphs have been down for two days now.

They are hiding their hand and our Mother's moods.

They suck!

interesting info on HAARP... (http://www.letxa.com/issue_haarp.php)

Something else that conspiracy theorists will point to are registered patents that have something to do with HAARP.

1. Patent 4,686,605
"Method and apparatus for altering a region in the earth's atmosphere, ionosphere, and/or magnetosphere"

This patent is referred to as the key document.

However, this patent covers a technology whereby "excitation of electron cyclotron resonance is about 1 watt per cubic centimeter" while HAARP only achieves 3 microwatts per cm2--thus the patent specifies an energy 333,333 times greater than what HAARP is capable of. Further, the patent requires "excitation of electron cyclotron resonance is initially carried out within the ionosphere and is continued for a time sufficient to allow said region to rise above said ionosphere". In other words, it is the intent of this patent to actually move plasma from the ionosphere above the ionosphere. HAARP does not do this.

In short, the "evils" attributed to this patent (interference with satellites, aircraft, missiles, etc.) depends to a great extent in applying over 300,000 times as much power as HAARP is capable of applying. Considering that 3.6 Megawatts is needed by HAARP to achieve 3 microwatts per cm2, it would appear that the device described in the patent would require 300,000 times that: 1,080,000 megawatts which is 1.08 terawatts.

Let's put that in perspective.

If we compare that to the fact that the world currently consumes about 12 trillion watts (12 terawatts) we can conclude that the energy consumed by HAARP to achieve the power indicated by the patent would require approximately 8% of all the energy currently produced in the world. That's basically the same amount of power consumed by the countries of the United Kingdom, Mexico, Italy, Spain and Pakistan put together. (Source).

Alternatively, it's over 1/4th of all the power production capability of the United States...

Could this thread be moved and stickied in solar activity?

it would be interesting to find data on migraine attacks in Chile

I had a mild attack yesterday, but then Barbados wasn't in the the center of the affected area.

Solar activity is important, but the people with the HAARP toys are important too. I want to know what's really happening in the world. If we inform eachother by using our senses we can have a much better picture than just thrusting USGS and the media :yes4:.

I have just started following Twitter feed from "geonet", who monitor earthquakes in New Zealand. The Christchurch area has been having regular earthquakes up to 3 - 4 a day, in the range of Mag 3-4 at a depth between 7 - 10km

Doesnt seem to have settled down in the Pacific, would rather have a lot of small quakes than another large one though.

I'm not sure of the addy of the HAARP website that everyone is saying is down. Is this it (which won't load) or is there another website for HAARP graphs?

http://maestro.haarp.alaska.edu/cgi-bin/spectrum/getchart.cgi

Appreciated.

My regular HAARP links have been down for over a week now. Someone would rather work in the dark apparently.

And there was a 7.2 for the 13th April - which USGS isn't recording.
