I recently went on a “Cruise into 2012” (http://www.divinetravels.com/2012Cruise.html) after hearing about it on Coast to Coast. It had a number of great speakers dealing with what will be happening in 2012, but I think one of the best lectures was done by a man who wasn’t even scheduled to speak until the last minute-- Dr. Wayne Haley.
He’s written several books including some he’s co-authored with psychic Sean David Morton, and he’s worked in secret government programs for many years. The most important part of his lecture was that governments are preparing for Earth to be hit with a gravital photon on Dec. 21, 2012.
Because Earth will be aligned with the center of the galaxy, this gravital photon will hit humans with radiation traveling faster than the speed of light for the first time in history, according to Haley.
They aren’t sure exactly how much radiation it will be or how much it will affect us, but it will definitely affect us quite a bit. Human’s brain states need to be in tune with the Earth’s electromagnetic resonance of about 7.5 Hz, or people exhibit psychosis. When people spend time in a Faraday cage, isolated from this rhythm, their circadian rhythm falls apart. So aside from whatever other effects this energy wave has on the population, it will strongly affect our biorhythm.
The government doesn’t know exactly how much radiation will hit us or when it will be safe after it’s over because they don’t know how to measure a gravital photon. They also don’t know how it will hit us, but they believe the gravital photon will be like a shotgun slug. “On that day, no matter what happens, something is going to happen!” he said.
Haley said the government started researching this by realizing that the Mayan Calander, a computer program based on the I-Ching, and the predictions of Nostradamus all centered on the year 2012. They got their best scientists, anthropologists, and number crunchers together and found out that throughout history evolution has not been linear, contrary to what most people believe. Instead evolution is stair-stepped, and those steps always occurred every 26,000 years, when we were in a galactic alignment.
He confirmed that the government is building bases everywhere, and said Russia has increased building underground 5,000 percent in the last 2 years. He said he believes the best & brightest of the old guard and breeding stock will be selected to go underground, and they’ll go underground in November of 2012.
What We Should Do To Prepare
It’s not clear what will happen, but probably at least the grid system for power will fall apart, he said. Haley believes there will first be anarchy and then people trying to band together in small communities to survive “because the lone wolf is gone out there, there’s just no chance for them whatsoever.”
Haley lives out in country with own power, food, water, and storage, and said he’s prepared for 6 months. He said everyone will need to be prepared for at least 2 months in order to survive.
He suggests we start forming communities now to prepare. He said you can actually build your own Faraday cage yourself that you can slap together, but it’s still a roll of the dice… On the bright side, he said the chaos may be first chance for true freedom from the PTB.
He closed his discussion by saying, “Take all this as an IF. Take all this as MIGHT BE. Take all this as the ravings of a crazy man. But do one thing for yourself. Do a little bit of preparing. Do a little bit of growing into the community. Do a little bit of growing close to people you care about and love and want to make sure that they’re OK too. And do it now, because the clock’s running folks.”
I’ve heard a lot of discussion about a pole shift and solar flares, as well as strong radiation coming from the galactic alignment, but I haven’t seen anything as specific as the gravital photon discussed. I thought he might be on a few talk shows after the cruise, but I haven’t heard anything else from him, so I thought it was important to get this information out.
Hopefully Bill or Kerry could interview him—aside from the importance of his info on the gravital photon, he seems like an interesting guy, and I have a feeling he might have other important info as well that Kerry and Bill might be able to get him to talk about.
If not, there was video taken of his lecture and they sold DVDs to this lecture and other lectures on the cruise, but I’m not sure if they’re making more to be available to the public. Ideally, they might agree to put his lecture (as well as the other lectures) on YouTube, but I don’t know how to make that happen.
I know Kerry has interviewed Sean David Morton, on her show many times, and he is close friends with Dr. Haley, so maybe she could get him to agree to have his video put on YouTube.

Nixon realized intelligence was an old boys club and tried to break it open, so he created CSI—Compartmentalized Specialized Intelligence. Haley was part of that program he said had about 7,500 people.
Haley is a self-described gadfly—he has never officially been an employee or US government or worked for it—worked for University of California for “research and design,” a deliberately vague cover title. He said if you look for him on internet, you’ll see his radio programs he’s done, but then hit a wall in looking up information about him, and that’s done deliberately.
He was used to handle different problems and would hand government agencies his card, and it would ring the White House situation room, and they’d tell the agencies to give him access to what he wanted. Bottom line— no inspector general was checking on him— he was put in charge of resolving certain problems, but in the process of working on other problems, Haley could get access to other files that he never should have had access to.
He’s never signed a contract with US government about secrecy. Every mission a CIA officer or other intelligence officers go on, they have to sign a contract that he will never tell anyone he went there and will disavow where he was and what he did, up to the point of going to jail or being executed to protect the people that sent him or her. But Haley never signed anything like that.

He confirmed that Echelon reads everyone’s mail and listens to everyone’s phone calls—ECHELON - (I know Bill & Kerry’s interview with Jake Simpson described a system far more advanced than ECHELON)
Said Sean David Morton was responsible for the government privately spending $168 BILLION behind the scenes to keep Y2K from happening in 2000. Morton kept going on the radio and raising awareness about the problem coming. Haley says that caused the government to investigate what he was saying and they then realized he was right.
Says this information about the gravital photon is available, but you have to know where to look—Aviation Week & Space Technology, Defense Weekly, the contract registry of the DOD, etc.
Haley describes how 95 percent of people in “intelligence,” (even those with Top Secret clearance) just work in cubicles to build reports, and have no idea what’s going on beyond their specialty. Most people with Top Secret clearance work for a defense contractor through the Defense Industrial Security Office. Others get military Top Secret clearance comes through the Dept. of Defense. He said anything that is a general Top Secret document doesn’t mean anything. Anything important will have a specialized Top Secret classification.
