Dear All - yesterday I swapped a couple of emails with a friend on the fringes but not inside the alterntive community. He asked me to comment on an apparent release by the FBI of an internal document which indicates its intimate awareness of the ET phenomenon. The links are:

I responded quickly but at length as follows and reading it again this morning, I tought I would share it here.
There are many who believe that the “sheeple” are indeed being gently prepared for the “truth” whatever that is. I say this because although the alternative community is full of eye popping and soul shaking information, there remains no certainty over what the “truth” actually is. There is quite a lot of disagreement over this point which is less than ideal. However, there is a comprehensive data set on which most awakened souls do agree.
ETs are real and many UFOs are craft flown by ETs.
All developed world governments are aware of the existence of many visiting ET races.
Collaborative technology development between at least one ET race and the US government began in 1947.
The USA, UK, Canada and Australia do indeed share a very special international relationship founded in sharing technology development linked to common ET relationships.
Humanity as a whole, even sections which regard themselves as highly independent and educated are living in a super controlled and mind suppressed environment.
Many technologies exist which if introduced tomorrow would eradicate poverty overnight and could set the world on a course of amazingly fast economic growth but introduction of them is being actively suppressed.
Heart attacks, disappearances and even quite crude killings festoon the field of alternative energy development. It is ok to speak about it but NOT ok to bring to market something that works.
We have crudely replicated ET craft and these have been flying our own UFOs since about 1960. They are now quite sophisticated – our craft are already capable of super-luminal travel.
The science we are taught in schools and universities has been known to be wrong since 1950.
The Illuninati is just one of about 20 centrally important controlling groups whose function is senior to any national government organisation.
Control of energy supply is seen by these groups as critical to being able to control the population.
Fossil fuel supply is controlled by the West not by OPEC.
The controllers want fossil fuel dependency to continue but there is a problem with population growth. In 1945 the world population was 2 billion which was ok: now it approaches 7 billion and this is not ok for the controllers. They would like to see the population to fall back to as little as 500 million.
Something needs to be done to control and reduce the population size and this must be as subtle as possible.
So far attempts to do this have persistently failed.
In the West, longevity continues to improve despite the fact that pharmaceutical companies sell drugs which are only palliative in effect.
In Africa, introduction of AIDS has contained population growth but this does not look like a long term solution – probably explosive population growth will return to Africa.
Flu pandemics have been tried. In 2009, the intention was to inseminate “infected” vaccines into the population having scared them into taking them. The vaccines would not protect from death – they would significantly increase susceptibility to death from Flu.
Unfortunately the world wide take up of these vaccines was disappointing after warnings which came from alternative media sources that the vaccines were dangerous spread virally into the minds of the general population.
The internet is to blame for the failure to convince the population to take the vaccine.
The internet as a development was not planned for and initially there were lots of problems with it. Freedom of flow of information is the prime problem.
Now, the internet problem has been mitigated by using it as an impeccable source of information for the controllers to remain constantly aware of the “mood” of the population. This mood measurement is now very finely modelled in sophisticated computer arrays.
Output from these arrays has begun to resemble the deductive reasoning capacity of humans.
A small but irritating section of the population has now got wise to much of what is going on.
The number of aware people remains small but is currently expanding explosively. This is creating a lot of uncertainty for the controllers. The numbers are already too great for them to be dealt with by traditional methods. Extreme subtlety will be required to avoid this becoming a serious problem.
Government figures, Cameron for example, are blissfully unaware of any of the above. In government circles, the secret is handled at lower organisational levels.
Initially, maintaining denial of UFO and the existence of ET races was easy because the cold war made utter secrecy an easily understood imperative for the thousands of military, corporate and government personnel who became exposed to this truth.
Financing measures to control the planet has for some time been a problem. It is too expensive for general taxation alone to cope.
An array of creative accounting methods are used to fill the gap.
The narcotic drug industry in the USA is now run by the CIA for cash generation purposes.
This provides finance for “black” or non attributable scientific development projects but still a financing gap exists.
The CIA operatives running this operation are “doing their best” for their country.
One day before the 9/11 attacks Donald Rumsfeld announced at a news conference that the US military accountants had just discovered a $2.3 trillion dollar black hole and were investigating. Unfortunately, the records for the investigation where located at the point of impact of the “plane” which hit the Pentagon so consequently all records were destroyed. The investigation was cancelled and no further explanation was given. Another useful write off event.
Capital markets have recently been boomed and crashed to supply much needed additional cash. This though was merely an extension of techniques persistently used on a smaller scale over the last 300 years.
The need to raise additional cash through creative accounting methods is set to continue.
Way down the pecking order but well into super high secret levels, unrest is developing in the Pentagon and other military establishments worldwide about continuing not to disclose some secrets to the population.
Now, hundreds of these guys are “blabbing” about the truth of their experiences because they now no longer see any national security reason not to.
Sophisticated techniques are used to reduce the effect of these disclosures but central control of the majority of media sources is key to these working as intended.
It is not necessary to control all media outlets, only most of them.
In fact, it is beneficial NOT to control all of it so as to plausibly be able to assert freedom of the media.
Now, in the Pentagon, a little more than half of those in the “know” want to organise disclosure – to tell the world about ET.
The pros and cons of disclosure remain an extremely hotly contested issue. The arguments remain finely balanced. Many uncontrollable circumstances may arise if disclosure is done. This is what is worrying folk at this level of the dung heap.
The worries at this level all boil down to whether humanity is yet grown up enough to handle the truth. I sympathise with these worries.
Waging war is not about eradicating injustice, it is about providing cash flow to the controllers, creating a persistent need for government as a “protector” and arranging employment, and in some cases early death, for a section of the population which did not respond well to education.
The Roman Catholic Church is aware of much of the above and plays a role in actively suppressing release of information to the population. Some of the motive behind this is “pure” in the sense that it is felt the flock are not yet ready for the truth.
It seems ET races are intent on helping humanity over the road bump of discovery of their true selves, their true history, and their genetic relationship to many ET races.
High level ET races will not intrude – they will only facilitate.
We have to do most of the work or else the treatment has no chance of working.
ET races are very aware that the contending forces on earth now are both extremely powerful and this makes the situation particularly dangerous and unpredictable.
The controlling elite on the planet do not want to cede power and control. Humanity may fail to step up to the huge challenges that would face us if control is ceded.
This is a very brief summary of roughly where we are at present. A right royal mess in simple terms.
We will indeed see much more information being released over the coming months. This has been authorised with a view to later ET disclosure. Unfortunately, as I have tried to indicate, the forces behind these information releases are not the only players on the field. Other forces exist which will want to use this disclosure to convince the population of an Alien military threat.
That, if told, would be the biggest lie ever swallowed by humanity. If accepted, it would thereby re-cement the controllers vice grip over the population for another few centuries at least.
