View Full Version : Project Avalon forum is a Gem of the internet(IMHO)

I just wanted to express myself regarding being a member here for a couple months.
I look around here and see so many great threads and areas of mind expansion I can't help but feel good being here. I love the way Avalon is set up, an application process, members being removed if they are disruptive, keeping the quality of posts high. This is the best forum on the internet as far as I know. Other forums I go on are like war zones compared to this forum.
I am very grateful to have found this forum. I have gathered many bits and pieces of good videos and thoughts from being here. Connected with many many people I am glad to be a friend of now. Got to know Bill Ryan better, who I think has extremely good discernment and judgment(everyone can be wrong though). The mods and admins here are all nice and reasonable.
We all seem to be connecting the dots. Albeit in our own ways. I feel the project avalon forum is a great place to connect the dots. The truth is a never ending labyrinth as far as I'm concerned. Joining minds in things add multidimensional aspects of perception to the mind when reading others views. I have been affected in a good way by the intelligence and judgment displayed by members here. The energy we are around, has a great affect on us I think. I was on the David Icke forum for about a year prior to joining this one(still am but less posting for me there since I found this forum). Beyond being mind controlled there(as always but in different ways), I found my energy was much lesser as result of being called insane or a hoaxer every day for the better part of a year. Coming here is like a breath of fresh air. It's hard to justify going to the Icke forum after finding this one. Although the Icke forum is a value to the internet in it's own way, but it's more of a zoo/circus than a stepping stone to truth but it does have it's values(for example it's high on the search queries so info posted there may reach a good amount of people).
Avalonians are not always right, or perfect. But the heart is in the right place for most people I see here. I have been welcomed very warmly here as an experiencer of black ops and ET related technology and events. In contrast on other forums I have gotten contempt, anger, offensiveness, defensive realities coming out of people's minds, been banned for posting my experiences, ridiculed, tormented, harassed, stalked, and beyond.
On this forum I have been engaged by curious people, and somewhat debated by the side who is more on doubt. Which is a large upgrade from the past experiences I have had on forums. I have no problem with people debating what I write.
I hope lots of people on this forum stay here for a while. I feel the thoughts gathered and shared on this site are very important to mankind.
Anyway, I thank everyone here that has contributed to me in a positive way. And I hope I can return the favor well too :)

I agree Omniverse, well said...
Avalon is many wondrous things,
it offers community, suspense, drama, and one may chose intense involvement or quiet privacy...
like a real university.
Thank you fellow Avalonians, and thank you Bill Ryan as well as the team of administrators and moderators.
It feels good to express gratitude once in a while.

I would have to agree.
The level of nuggetry around here is very low, which is good for my blood pressure.

I also agree. Connecting the dots is one good reason to be here. I trust the integrity of the threads I read and assimilate the information gained according to my own learning curve. The videos are great; keeps me away from the tv set!

Yes, I enjoy coming here. I am a person who most would pass by as being just too ordinary to be of any interest. Here I can listen or join in and be valued for what I say rather than what I look like, what books I've read, or who I hang out with.
My mind is stimulated by the idea that I'm talking to someone on the other side of the world, to someone who has thoroughly studied a subject I've never heard of, to someone like me who wants to be heard through the noise of today's chaos.
It's a bit like a neighborhood pub where "everybody knows your name."

Omniverse,
Well it would probably be no surprise that I agree - and well said.
Avalon attracts more than its fair share of drama - but that is because it is what it is.

Thank you Omniverse for startiing this Thread (and others), I value what you have to offer.
Seeing as this is a time for giving thanks, I would like to personally thank Bill Ryan and Kerry Cassidy for being mentors in the last 2 - 3 years. You have helped me too wake Up.

Me too Omniverse! I do appreciate the approach most have on this forum. Whether it's in agreement or on differing opinions, the feeling is usually of support and common courtesy!!! And there are some fav. posters like "Lord Sidious"....his choice of words and delivery....I can't help but hear that actors voice every time I read his posts'. He cracks me up!!!! Love ya L.S.!!! Cheers! D

I also wish to add my little voice (the thank you button at times really does feel scanty)
You are a very welcome visitor to my home!
Through others' experiences and courage to share, I learn. And for that, I am extremely grateful!

well it is an online group of friends bonded together through knowledge, a place where any subject can be discussed without ridicule.
How many of you could honestly talk with your family or friends about 90% of the subjects discussed here?
I can't...
but isn't it fun when a friend starts talking about a subject and you join in knowing everything about it... you watch their mouth drop... and then you causally say I was reading about it on Avalon, and quietly bring another into the group...
I love this place...
thanks to all of you for making Avalon the gem it is...

I love this forum, the founders and the people.
Everyday when I hear any news, my first reaction is to check out the forum and get the truth.
This forum and the folks here opened my eyes even wider, and for that I am very grateful.
I am looking forward to continuing the online friendship and conversation for as long as we are able.

I lurk more than post, mainly because I'm finding my feet in this 'strange-new-world-of-everything-I-should-have-known-much-earlier-in-life'.
What Omni has said here really hits home for me.... in that I'm watching people with life experiences that are fascinating, absorbing, freely shared without riducule (well, the odd neg-nugget aside ;-), and with an unheard-of degree of intelligence and good manners.
I'd like to add my thanks to all of you for making this place an oasis amongst the rubbish-tip of forums that seem to fill the 'net!
Peace,
Pickle

a gem that could be polished more...
That could explain any human being on this planet. If you look at how different the times are now compared to the past, the quality of mind here becomes more clear(to me anyway). 'Realities' in people here have gotten much more multidimensional.
The type of person at Avalon I think has a history of suppression on this planet. I have a deep amount of respect for a lot of people here. I think many of us were crusified or burnt at the stake, or beheaded or drowned etc in the past on this planet. All this for being more on the side of truth and being ahead of their time. There are forces that appear to be against humanity uncovering the truth. The Vatican has been a major opposition to this on this planet. But I couldn't speak about their actions in the present. I do wonder what the Vatican is doing sometimes.
Every soul has a distinct and interesting story it appears. Things can be very interesting in reviewing any person. I wish humanity had more coverage when it comes to advanced concepts and deeper end consciousnesses of the design of things. We would be much more polished. This will happen in the future it seems.
Anyway I agree with you in a way but at the same time do like the level people here are at consciously. It's one of those things you can view with a dualistic perception(least I do). I can use more polish myself, but at the same time I am happy with who I am.

Hello Heartsong
I totally agree with your sentiment here, Avalon is the place to be for honest stimulating talk, varying degrees of humour and shared interests. The chat can be anything from the mundane to the intellectual but always interesting.
All viewpoints are valued here, regardless of background; culture; age and gender - a true society of like-minded individuals. Sometimes we argue, sometimes we laugh and sometimes we cry but generally show each other respect even with diametrically opposed views on varying subjects.
It's a bit like a neighborhood pub where "everybody knows your name."
This bit I like - mine’s a pint!
Best regards to you and all. JP

I like this place because alot of people here make the polite effort in one way or the other to say that "you are good enough". This is really what is helping me with alot of the information. And generally letting myself view my own flaws.
Although its Taboo to say it, I am a slow individual. But I dont feel that when I'm here.
Omniverse, you have a really nice way of putting your thoughts.
:)
