Finance ministers and central bankers from the G20 have agreed a set of "indicative guidelines" to measure potential risks to the global economy posed by national economic policies.
All members of the G20 will be monitored under the new system.
In addition, members who account for more than 5% of total G20 economic output will be subject to a deeper, second-stage analysis of imbalances.
They include the US, China, Japan, Germany and France...

Interesting. War on Iran supports a drive to the dollar.
Listen to the other Webster Tarpley interviews on RT. He reveals that the Libyan rebels are Al Qaeda and that if they succeed, there will be a genocide of black Libyans. U.S. policy is in confusion (or Al Qaeda is indeed a CIA controlled or influenced operation) since removing Khadaffi would empower Al Qaeda and give them another nation to operate from.

Well, it is time that America just pulls completely out of the middle east and leave it to the Europeans...
Britain put Iran's leadership in place, so they can deal with it...
or, if they want us back they can drop a few Trillion off our debt, it's that easy...
Remember what I said yesterday about the push to turn Libya Freedom fighters into terrorists, so for this reason alone I don't trust this source...

Concur Rocky_Shorz. Per Gerald Celente, they want to take us to war. We're broke and can't even afford the ones we're engaged in. Besides, more war means more government control over us because of the war and "national security." Bring Cesar's legions home. Let Khadaffi has his way. He's not right or left wing. He's Pro-Khadaffi and hates competition like Al Qaeda. That's good enough for me.
