M-Class Solar Flares / Sunspot 1195 (April 22)

A pair of M-Class solar flares have taken place on Friday thus far. The latest was an M1.2 at 15:53 UTC. An earlier flare at 04:45 UTC measured M1.8. Both flares took place around expanding Sunspot cluster 1195 which is now the size of about 4 planet earths accross. Keep an eye on this region for further flare activity.
