Apparently, its information about a presentation at the NSA in which Dr. Campaigne explained the decrypting of extraterrestrial messages that had been received from "outer space". The NSA lost the suit and have now had to publish the information on their own website.

Saturday, April 23, 2011 NSA releases document on extraterrestrial radio messages.

According to this document, 29 messages from outer-space were intercepted and subsequently published in a National Security Agency technical journal. This document is a "Key" created in order to interpret the messages. So we don't really know what the messages actually said, or if they were even successfully unlocked, but this document appears to prove that the NSA has in fact intercepted at least 29 radio messages of extra-terrestrial origin. When these messages may have been picked up, how they were heard, is anyone's guess at this point. But this seems to prove the we have indeed heard from aliens and the NSA knows it.

very important and informative. let's see how long it takes the msm to pick up and run with the ball, or if they just sit on it. i remember watching alfred webre's video on project camelot and he was doing overhead projections of timelines and such, towards the end, and before he had the time too talk about it, (up on the overhead projection) you can see the words that final disclosure would start around october 2010 and continue up and through november 2011. this may be the bigger piece of the puzzle that will roll the ball forward for everyone to start to sit up and take notice. could be very exciting days coming forth. thanks Gaia.

Nowhere does it state that the 29 messages are undoubtedly confirmed from an alien. IMO I feel like this kind of speculation is constricting:ballchain:

Well, it's not like they went into a whole lot of detail. But just the same, this is confirmation that the US government knows about life beyond Earth. Now you can speculate all you want from there, but the fact remains that the NSA intercepted 29 radio transmissions of extra-terrestrial intelligent origin.

I think the drip feed of disclosure and prepping of humanity is increasing. A welcome sight by me. Even though TPTB I"m told by my contacts will manipulate the premise of ETs to their own advantage. I'd rather see disclosure sooner rather than later personally. The US government would never have it though. All would be revealed if all ET races could interact with us. So they would have a lot to lose by that happening. I have no doubt global first contact is being stopped by human powers that be. Not ETs.

The Internal NSA Journal Vol. XIV No. 1 recounts a presentation by Dr. Howard Campaigne (a cryptologist) on the successful decode-ding of 29 Extraterrestrial messages picked up via the Sputnik satellite. it was originally cleared for release on October 21, 2004 but for some reason it was not released (i'm guessing insider bitch fight) until April 21st 2011 and only after Peter Gersten won a freedom of information request

I have got a little theory about this: Some white hates some how get the document cleared for release another group of insiders has a hissie fit over it and successfully keeps it hidden from the public until Peter Gersten conveniently comes along and takes it to court and wins. How did he know of the documents existents the Journal itself is classified and the document in question, although cleared for release wasn't until after and because of the court case. I'm guessing thous who originally wanted the document released told Peter Gersten of the documents existence knowing he would do what he did or he was working with them all along.

I am glad to see there is a topic on this already, the Avalon community is course on top of there game :). I was going to post this information till I saw this thread. I would say this is really compelling information that needs to be shared with all who have a willingness to read or hear this information.
