In 2004/5 a couple of informed people had a website called Gaiaguys.net. This website was full of information about corrupt politicians, police, clergyman, celebrities in Australia, but mainly in Victoria. They had collected stories from witnesses, and doctors so to expose the corruption. Of course, most of the evidence was about Pedophilia in politics. Their main link was the OTO. The OTO then filed a defamation suit against them. when the case went to court, They were not allowed to present thier evidence in court, and many of their witnesses disappeared.
They were found guilty of defamation and were sent to jail. They lost their property and are now in hiding. Here are some of the stories relevant to their case. Most of the internet has been scrubbed clean and hard to find. I will present what I have found.

Two founders of an internet whistleblowing site have been sentenced to nine months gaol for contempt of court by the Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal. (VCAT) Dyson Devine and Vivienne Legg were well known in the online community and their website " Gaiaguys.net " covered various topics such as:

* FIGU material and the Disclosure project.

* Alternate energy sources and environmental issues.

* Crop circles and chem trails.

* Corruption in the media and government by various guilds and groups.

It was the latter that landed them in hot water when they accused a group in being involved with a Satanic ritual abuse ring in Victoria. The group was classed as a registered religion and bought religious vilification charges against Devine and Legg at VCAT in July 07. Gaiaguys was ordered then to remove the offending material which they failed to comply with. In December 07 the orders were made to arrest both parties for contempt of court.

This is the first time religious vilification has been used in Australia to this extent. There was a case before of Catch the fire ministries vs. The Australian Islamic council. But both sides settled matters in mediation after spending one million plus dollars each. This is a heinous blow to freedom of speech in this country and both Dyson Devine and Vivienne Legg are political prisoners.

On JUNE 28th, 2005, 28 MONTHS AGO, our Australian legal system judged the two unpaid volunteer authors of this website guilty of defaming the Ordo Templi Orientis Inc. (A further claim for a further $50,000 was also made, eventually resulting in the matter being "stood over generally".) We categorically reject the "legal" judgment that we have defamed this religion/company, and we have no money to appeal anyway. To keep gaiaguys.net burgeoning, we need to eat the basic food we grow here on our rural land, now legally imperilled, since we have not and will not voluntarily pay these criminals a cent. The Melbourne-based religious vilification tribunal scheduled our "two-day hearing", for May 28th & 29th*, in spite of the fact that they refuse to adequately reply to any of our correspondence and evidently have no jurisdiction over us here in New South Wales. Vivienne, who has authored many articles about the OTO, has not been dropped from this trial after all, presumably due to the fact that Dr. Michaelson referred to her as her "colleague". The most recent defamation threat against us was from Canberra Magistrate John Burns in November 2006 prompted by our cartoon depicting his undeclared conflict of interest in the above-mentioned June 2005 case. (right: cropped image) We are still awaiting a response from his solicitors clarifying the grave matter of his assumed Freemason membership. To clarify our ethical stance, we make this opportunity now to publish a little of the philosophy that enlivens this website, which is now, and always has been, entirely funded by our very meagre retirement pension.
*Our "two-day hearing", scheduled for May 28th & 29th resulted in yet ANOTHER delay, as the Tribunal sent the OTO Inc. a please explain letter, having discovered on our website their prior (undeclared) litigation against us in 2005. Dyson Devine and Vivienne Legg are missing. Rumour has it from Leo Zagami that they were murdered. I do not know if this is true or not, but many people have tried to contact them to no avail.

Australian-based whistle-blower website gaiaguys.net (Vivienne Legg and Dyson Devine) worked tirelessly, dedicating years of their life to exposing police corruption, government and protected paedophilia rings operating within Australia. As of this morning, Monday, January 14th 2008, it was officially confirmed that Vivienne is on the Victorian Corrective services registrar. It is not departmental policy to disclose what facility they are both in. But the un-official indication is that Dyson is in the Melbourne Assessment Prison and Vivienne is being held in the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre.

Amnesty International, ( as it's namesake suggests...DOH ), doesn't deal with domestic cases. They refered me however to Justice Action. There I spoke to a truly kindred spirit, Gregory Kable. He was aware of Gaiaguys and knew of the players involved. Justice Action is not a legal representative, but more a watchdog for inmates in the Australian judicial system, it is now formally notified of Dyson and Vivienne and will be keeping a close eye on them. As Gregory mentioned, they shine a light on the the situation and just let the authorities know they are being scrutinised.

Still waiting on the response from Defence concerning the D-notice. When rung today, they said the Public Relations guy in charge of mail was away on holiday. I was told that they will look into it and to expect a phone call back sometime soon. I suppose they would have dropped a gag-bomb on this site if such a notice existed. So it's business as usual here, till I hear otherwise.
