companionship thrives on expression of the self. i think that you can be with someone and still feel lonely, the trick is in being expressive and following your joys and being able to share this with whom you are with. let your expressive self take you out of the loneliness and into the light of friendships.

My chosen charity is feeding the hungry. What you could do for me is a charitable act to help the hungry where you live. Maybe serve at a soup kitchen or gather food or whatever your community needs. I would think the world will thank you.
