Tamper with with your engine and make alterations of any kind and that will nullify the warranty of your engine, and if you take it in for its yearly service and you tell them what youv done they will tell you they are not trained to service such cars that are modified in that way.

You will have to inform your insurance company of the modification that you have personaly made via the instrctions from that book you bought that tells you how to do all the work yourself.and i can guess what your insurance company will do when they find out you have changed the manufacturers set up of your car.

Things are never as easy as they first seem.

I've done a bucket load of research on HHO. It does work, to a degree, on older cars and diesal but not on new cars. If you start pumping HHO into a modern car the sensors pick up the oxygen and richens the mixture. It defeats the object. You then have to go out and buy or make gadget that tricks the sensors. If saving fuel is that critical buy a smaller car or better still.... get a motorcycle. :)

Inventor Frederick W. Wood, and his associate, David Seigler, from Future Energy Concepts, Inc., give a video tour of the pickup truck that they claim to have converted to run on nothing but hydroxy gas, electrolyzed on-board, and on-demand, via a super-efficient electrolysis (from water) method they have developed. Their system allegedly produces 55 liters per minute on 55 amps. They also say the truck recently completed a road trip of more than 3000 miles, running on this set-up.

These guys crack me up. Their personality, excited about their development, is contagious and funny. I could see this video going viral just for those reasons.

Chava Energy (http://www.chavaenergy.com ) was present on April 21 to validate the technology. However, it turned out that the claimed technology was not in a condition to be tested during the visit and the Inventor Fred Wells was not present either, only his business partner. Therefore, none of the claims could be validated and Chava Energy generously offered to conduct a test in the future once the system is running reliably.

the guy may be fishy but cars will run on a level of gasoline enhancment with brown's gas.

as well, the production of brown's gas may be enhanced via the correct design and the correct waveform superimposed upon the DC voltage and current.

I used the example that Charles spoke of and other people knew of...as that is the one that people here, might be reading -so they hear it there for the first time (As ideas go). The event was recorded (if indeed it did happen) long before Charles came around.

Glenn Canady from Project.Nsearch has posted a video message to Youtube. In the video, he announces that an inventor (Mister X) will be appearing on the "Late Night in the Midlands" radio show this coming Wednesday 10PM EST to reveal all the details about his water fuel technology. Mister X says he has survived ten murder attempts and is ready to reveal his technology to the world. He claims that this technology would allow vehicles to be fueled by water alone. A small amount (2%) of fuel may be added to prevent corrosion of certain engine parts.

As usual, you can expect that we will be doing a full report of his show, and we will be doing our best to provide a clear set of instructions resulting from his disclosure.

The inventor claims that he has driven 8500 miles in his Dodge truck on water alone! He also claims to have converted his car to run on water. On the program, the inventor will also describe how this technology can be used to produce electrical power for a home. If all of these claims are accurate, this technology could solve the energy crisis. It could produce motive power for vehicles and electrical power for homes. The world's dependence on fossil fuels could quickly end.

He said that despite an offer from an energy company to buy out his technology for one billion dollars, he refuses to allow the technology to be shelved. He is very religious and feels God has told him to make sure this technology gets put to use.

These claims seem very similar to those of Frederick (Freddy) Wells who's "Hydrogen Hog" technology has been featured at PESWiki. We have a shortcut domain to that page: http://FreddysCell.com, the official location for his open source information, which has been very difficult to get from him due to his right-brained way of inventing and researching. Though he said he wanted to share his instructions openly, getting those instructions clearly has still evaded anyone, this many months later. We don't know of any successful replications yet. Like Mister X, Freddy also claims to have powered a Dodge truck with his technology. In August of 2010, he claimed to have driven a Dodge truck 3,000 miles on just water; then later he claims to have converted another Dodge truck to run in similar manner. In addition, Freddy claims suppression attempts have been made against him. Frederick posted a video to YouTube apparently showing his truck running on water alone.

Maybe Mister X is Freddy, but I kind of doubt it since Freddy is presently in the middle of commercializing a less revolutionary version of his system – for more modest mileage improvement – aiming for 250,000 units to begin arriving in the marketplace as soon as mid June.

It would be good if Mister X is a different person and is able to clearly communicate his plans to those who are able to replicate. The more, the merrier. This would give Freddy the marketing opening to come out with his full system sooner than he had planned

From what we can gather, Freddy's technology is very similar to that of Stanley Meyer. It worked by producing ionized Hydroxy or HHO gas onboard from a special electrolysis cell. Some theorize that zero point energy shows up at that point, and this is where the added energy comes from that is able to propel the vehicle down the road. This gas is injected under pressure into the fuel rail of the engine. No fuel was present.

Mister X's technology is described as one in which you can fill your gas tank with water, and a small amount of gasoline (2%, to keep things lubricated). Hopefully Mister X will also address the theoretical mechanism of converting the water to fuel and harvesting environmental energy in the process.

In the past, there have been claims of spark plugs that could ignite water to power an internal combustion engine. Perhaps Mr. X has developed such a technology. It could simplify the setup by removing the electrolysis cell and allow the gas tank to carry the water fuel instead of separate tanks being required. The cost of such a setup would probably be much less than one involving an electrolysis cell.

I have a need to express my credentials before getting into this. Being a Brit, having worked in the motor trade, having working in a law firm and having a good knowledge of electrolysis boosters to form what’s commonly referred to as HHO, I can clear a few things up.

Insurance.
Technically an insurance company can back out of its a agreement to cover you if you don't tell them about any modifications. You tell them the modification is to decrease CO2 emissions, which it does. It is NOT a performance enhancing modification. You also tell them the cost of the modification and safety features involved. I'll be surprised if you get more than a 10% loading...but if you make it sound like your riding around in a hydrogen generating bomb then thats your falt.

MOT
The only aspect to the MOT that these HHO boosters would affect is the CO2 emissions. So long as you stay inside the MOT standards you’re fine. BTW adding hydrogen to the fuel mixture helps burn a lot more fuel hence less emissions.

New car warranty
Anyone riding around in a $40,000 motor wont be thinking about the cost of fuel but your right. Technically they could cancel the warranty but having seen these warranties I need to tell you that they basically only cover catastrophic failure. They do not cover wear and tear. You also have to realise these warranties tie you into a service contract at a hundreds and plenty each service.

In short these boosters are hard to tune into new cars...so don't bother. Get a smaller more economical car or buy an older diesel where these bolt on boosters work well.

I agree with your statement above regard electronic management. That's why all my posts regarding HHO boosters state they won't work well with modern cars. You have to trick the CO2 sensors in modern cars for this to work. Frankly I see that as a complicated waist of time when you could simply buy a more economical car. However, HHO is a simple tabletop device to DIY. There are no possibilities to bugger up your engine. The boosters make hydrogen and Oxygen, which are flammable. When fed into the air intake the Hydrogen, the fastest burning gas, and oxygen simply burn. The final exhaust of which is steam but because Hydrogen has a fast escape / burn rate it give the motor a more efficient burn.... less CO2. It's a greener car for old cars without engine management electronics. When new cars sense the inflation of Oxygen they pump more fuel in making the mixture richer, which defeats the object, hence having to tune the CO2 sensors to compensate.

Although I don't work for a car company I have spent a lot of time rallying or 'Turning dollars into dust' as some like to put. In my experience it is a relatively simple simple process to fit a 'Motec' to any new version of car then remap on a dyno, although 4WD dyno time is a little more expensive. The beauty of that approach is you can have map(s) available for each fuel type as well. Therefore I really don't see what the issue is.

Considering there are various HHO steel cutters now available on the market it is a complete affront to intelligence for any car manufacturer to continue to claim this cannot be done. Cost would also be offset by things like no further need for catalytic converters.

On the other hand when you consider the average car dealer needs at least a day and sometimes two to change a gearbox, something which can be done on a WRX in under 20 minutes by people who know what they are doing, I suppose the average joe will continue to be left out in the cold... yet again by tho$e continuing to claim it can't be done.

Apparently Dr. X was using a prepaid Trackphone, perhaps in an attempt to avoid being tracked, and it ran out of minutes so he is no longer on the show. This sounds odd. It sounds to me as though it was a gross miscalculation on his part, or for some reason he only wanted to be live on air for a little less than 3 hours. This info could be incorrect. Nonetheless, the live show will continue for an hour without him and I assume will be archived soon. I'm looking forward to the full interview!

EDIT: "Mr" X is back on now. I'm not sure if he's the same person as "Dr" X, but Mr X has the truck running on water and is answering questions right now. Cheers.

EDIT2: They let a skeptic to call back in when Mr. X was back on. In the middle of Mr. X answering the skeptic's question Mr. X, Glen & Matt's simultaneous calls all dropped off & they are having trouble getting them back on the air. Apparently a van with a big antenna has been parked outside. A quote from the broadcaster: "The only thing we're short of is a bomb being dropped on top of the building".

IMO if this is an attempt at sabotage it is pretty desperate as the show will be archived. At the very least anyone with a $10 recorder could have hit record and put it in front of their computer speakers. It's not making much sense, unless it's a simply a little drama to bring even more attention to it.

Recently, Glenn Canady of the "Late Night in the Midlands" radio show hosted by Michael Vera announced via a YouTube video, that an individual who he called "Mister X" would appear on the show, reveal his identity, and "all the technical details of his invention" that enables his truck to run on nothing but water, except just a little fuel (2%) to prevent corrosion. Canady predicted: "This will be bigger than anything you've ever seen on the fake news. Period." As of the time of this writing, his promo has pulled in more than 42,000 views.

In a recent article here at PESN announcing that interview, we speculated that Mister X might be Frederick (Freddy) Well's of "Future Energy Concepts Inc."

We sent an email to Freddy asking, "Is this you he's talking about?" First, he replied: "And then?"

I took that as a yes. And I forwarded to him my offer to post a clear set of plans, so all people would have to do is go to a domain name and they would have the plans, then they could ask any questions they needed clarification on. Back in August, we registered the domain name, http://FreddysCell.com to forward to our PESWiki page about this project for this very purpose, which Freddy's website links to as the official project site.

For those of you not familiar with the history of this, Freddy promised to open source this back in August when he first posted a video on YouTube showing a Dodge pickup truck allegedly running on nothing but water. We had several guys go in with the purpose of helping him compose a clear set of plans and have Freddy help them replicate the design per those plans. However, Freddy was constantly changing his instructions and contradicting himself, making the task essentially futile, despite weeks of sincere effort by all involved, including Freddy. I chalk it up to an extreme right-brain, "invent on the fly" personality, that doesn't know how to convey those plans clearly to another person. We still don't know of anyone (other than Freddy) who has been able to replicate what he claims to have done back in August, though a few have gotten short-term results of some interest.

The newer design, version 7, is not one he's willing to open source. And from what he says, that is the one he's taking to market presently, aiming for 250,000 units beginning in June. These will not be "run on water only" types of systems, but "improve your mileage significantly," to avoid being too radical.

So part of my unspoken concern that I was hinting at in my questions and suggestions to Freddy was "if you were not able to convey your version six plans previously, what is going to make your appearance on this show different?"

Later that day, on May 2, he wrote: "Not me. Sorry. But will be a informative interview. 11 attempt on life. Hurt bad. Must lay low. Please keep tuned."

Unfortunately, the show was a flop in several regards. No identity was given; no plans were divulged; pre-paid phones were running out of time; the host was being rude to the callers who had genuine questions and concerns.

I didn't listen to the first part of the interview, because I was driving back from having visited Kiril Chukanov up in Salt Lake; but Hank listened to the entire interview.

I happened to tune into the interview just when Freddy joined in (I recognize his voice, and manner of speaking, from his many videos and from having talked to him on the phone).

Even though to me it is obvious that "Mr. X" is Frederick Wells, the hosts of the show and his guests were apparently employing a strategy to protect Freddy by indirectly referring to his technology in third person. But they didn't have the strategy straight, creating confusion amongst themselves and with the audience. The guest, who is some sort of associate of Freddy's, who was on the first part of the show was going by "Dr. X".

Apparently, Future Energy Concepts was told by the powers that be, that they could not commercially sell systems that produce more than a 25% to 30% increase in fuel efficiency. They were told if they did, there would be "dire consequences."

The system uses an electrolysis cell to produce HHO (special electrolysis of water) which is then injected into the fuel rail

They claim that instead of using many liters of HHO gas per second, only two liters per minute of gas are used. Also, for every horsepower's worth of HHO gas produced the engine produces four horsepower. They stated that the energy produced is not from the hydrogen being burned, but from the zero point energy field or the aether.

In the first part of the show, "Dr. X" discussed many topics with the host that had nothing to do with Freddy's technology. These topics included other free energy technologies such as Nikola Tesla, EV Gray, Moray, and others. Additional topics discussed included the oil spill in the gulf, "clean coal" technology, the aether, and even UFOs.

Eventually, Dr. X ran out of minutes on his prepaid phone, and left the show. Later, another individual came on the show. They called this individual Mr. X instead of Dr. X. They mentioned Mr. X was the individual they were trying to protect. This was Freddy. He made the statement, "This is not my intellectual property, but God's property."

The reason I am not playing along here by calling him "Mr. X", and revealing that I am certain it is Freddy; is because I think it is folly to give in to fear. Bullies thrive on fear. If I can figure out who he is, certainly they can. By trying to play cloak and dagger, it only makes the game more fun for the bullies. We diffuse the Powers that Be by not playing their manipulative games. Momentum, destiny, truth, and freedom are on our side. Why should we cower?

As Mr. X (Freddy) started discussing his technology, it sounded as though version six of his cell has been improved and will be open sourced. Version seven is a whole different setup, and most likely will not be open sourced. He claimed the technology has all has to do with sound. It uses ultrasonic frequencies. Basically, he indicated you have to oscillate the outer tubes of the cell with sound. They have mastered the technology, and now have designed even more powerful systems.

He also stated one of their focuses right now is power generation. They are now working on piezoelectric systems.

Also, he mentioned how one time in the past a white limousine pulled up to his location, and he was offered a billion dollars to walk away from the technology. They told him if he did not accept the deal things would be bad, but he refused the offer. Freddy only stayed on the show for a short period of time.

A positive thing about the show is that it introduced some newcomers to the promise of the technology. But for those who tuned in hoping to get a download of plans for replicating this effect, as promised by the promo video, they were disappointed.

I've seen this ambivalence quite often in the free energy world. Inventors come across like they'll share their technology with the world in full disclosure, but when it finally comes down to doing it, they shrink. Some of that might have to do with greed, wanting to make a lot of money off of what they have worked so hard to bring forward. Some of it has to do with cowardice. Some of it has to do with ego, not wanting to lose their position as the only one who knows.

Some day, some inventor is going to really do it. I've been waiting seven years, and I'll keep holding out hope that somewhere there is an inventor with what it takes to go the distance and openly disclose a design that can truly change the planet for good.

And just because they openly disclose it doesn't mean they won't make money off of it. I certainly will be sharing with them a healthy portion of what I make off selling such plans, kits, and finished units; and I would imagine most others will also gladly share a reasonable royalty with the inventor.

A - Warrenty problem ; get a local mechanic to service your car. With the money your saving on gas a free service is no longer a big deal. Paying for a service once a year will pittance when compared to paying for gas all year round.

B - Insurance problem ; Set up your own local insurance. This is definitly an option. Get enough people together to pool enough money into an insurance fund so that if something goes wrong you will have the fund to fall back on. This can and has been done well within the law.

You pretty much said it all. And thanks billyji for the excellent post. It looks like I got excited for no reason (At least for now).

It seems to me that either:

1. The inventors were pressured into not releasing precise plans.

Or

2. They can't release plans because it's a hoax.

Playing with option 1: The technology and descriptions seemed to me to be legit. However, this is based on my very limited physics background and the tonality of Mr. & Dr. "X" voices. Perhaps they were pressured into not releasing exact plans so that people would have to figure out on their own how to piece everything together. This would make it easier for any ptb to control the situation since they would only have a few people to control, whom are, those who could figure it out. Maybe the story of declining a $1billion offer was a lie yet a hint to any ptb to pay them now!

Playing with option 2: If it is a hoax, on the surface it doesn't seem that the inventors had much to gain from it. This leans me towards option 1.

That being said, as of now I can't find an archive of the show. It shouldn't have taken this long to upload argh.
