I wish to offer a experiment to you guys here. A 4 week trial.
Each morning when you awake and think - hurrr, work etc - just smile for a few brief moments but never think upon it. But please smile with intent. Never judge yourself by the past nor label yourself with past mistakes that effect you deeply. These simply leave you with errors that you carry for along time. You feel it in your shoulders and it holds you down etc.
when you shower/bath imagine a glow of gold energy around your body as you relax. Aim for this glow to brush upon others in your day - but never intend it - just allow.
if you bump into or pass that annoying asshole (who makes you annoyed( just breath in and then think of your bath earlier when you produced a feeling of warmth, peace and golden energy. Breath out and allow this persons effect to leave you with your calm breath.
when you meet someone you like whom you accept in your life breath in, surround your body with this golden light and smile. Breath out and let your energy surround them.
when you feel stress at home or work simply breath and move away from the area that triggered this. Go outside if you can. Breath in your light and emanate it around your body. Try to briefly smile and remember your start to the day where you allowed water to clean your body.
at the end of your day - simply rest, cleanse ans smile!
you may find this such a mad method to use but....
this method prevents you from making rash decisions and keeps you balanced and surprises you by how it calms you. When your calm you make the right choices.
if you try this you will find that you can switch off from the stress that you used to carry home with you.
You may find that you feel numb in stressful situations that effect your life.
this numbness allows you to see with clarity and your strengths carry you onwards.
it might seem such a silly thing to read here but it works.
let the numbness or guilt for not focusing upon worry go with your breath - sure, theres always problems in your life. But dont problems seem to guide your life?
when you start this you feel worry and concern, you even feel silly.
just allow your real self a chance to breath outwards. Let IT breath for a change and not this life caught up in silly needs to repeat chores.
