To me it looks like two opaque block sections at either end with a 'glass' or tranparent section in the middle , What does any one else see ?
Only I had dreams with craft like that in when I was a lad, so I find it a bit spooky.

This is probably a father that is talking to his children about what he is filming with his phone. He is very surprised and telling them it's not normal what is up there. And then, "look, there are all little animals around it."....?
At one moment he is saying " Ik heb kippevel over mijn hele flikker" which is something like "I've got goosebumps all over my body" :)

My comment was :"Jammer dat ik het niet gezien heb"..... Pity I didn't see it....... (you can choose between the goosebumps or the object LOL)
