That to me seems very strange!

I could be wrong here (cos I'm certainly no expert on meteorology) but as far as I'm aware tornado's don't normally occur in NZ.

How strange, I wonder if this is the first time NZ has experienced a tornado of that intensity... anyone able to confirm or deny this??

If my ASSUMPTIONS above are correct then this incident definitely adds credence to the recent internet rumors suggesting HAARP technology is behind much of the freak weather and seismic activity we've experienced over the past few months.

If these rumors are in fact true, then my next question would be... why on earth would TPTB be targeting NZ?

... maybe NZ is being used as a testing site before more devastating natural disasters are created elsewhere??

As we all know, the massive earthquake in Japan was preceded by a smaller earthquake in NZ only a month or so before hand.

... I wonder what the chances are of Australia or Indonesia being hit with a series of tornado's (like the ones recently witnessed in the US) some time over the next few weeks??

Maybe I'm going a bit overboard here but it's kinda hard not to when there's so much STUFF happening all over the world. It seems like nearly every day there's some kind of freak natural disaster wreaking havoc and chaos upon the people of this planet.

Just speculating...
