Of course they are lying, they would rather have dead people than the Stock Market take a hit. The jetstream will deliver Japanese airborne fallout to California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Colorado .... what if Obama warned people? The stock market could start to do bad on a real danger. This is Washington's California-Oregon Al-Qaeda-style "dirty bomb". This will be handled like the oil spill ... lies, lies, lies, sickness, lies, lies, lies.
