The book is titled Personal and Global Ascension 2012. I wish that the Dalai Lama writes something like it soon. It's a powerful guide to the spaces inner, outer and beyond.
As I read through it, I remembered having similar feelings when discovering or reaffirming fresh states of awareness. It's gem.
