I think this little BBC piece could stand up in court to prompt an investigation into whether or not this facility was practicing during this most recent flooding over the past month or so? Just a thought. Maybe later on down the line when people start connecting the dots they'll find it useful

This is an interesting find! Now that Richard Hoagland has blown the whistle on NASA ~ it's all out there but no one seems able to do anything about their activities. It occurred to me while watching the video, that they are putting up cloud cover in interesting places and that these facilities follow vaguely the new Madrid fault lines where the USA is predicted to split into two parts soon. You have to wonder if these last dark events and activities are not tying directly into Earth changes or not?

Like the Japanese Earthquake and Nuclear spill on purpose, the dark was allowed to proceed but the effects were not to their liking insofar as ~ so much sympathy neutralized a lot of negativity which was actually released from Earth to help her find balance and it needed to be released anyway ~ so that all of us greatly benefited and this sure wasn't the planned intent of the PTB running the show in these last days prior to Earth's ascension and our own.

What seems to be required is that this new knowledge flood the Earth from real people sources through outlets on the internet and world wide web ~ since the media is permenently out-to-lunch and needs replacing almost as much as the corrupt politicians in Washington D.C. must go so that new ones who actually work for us ~ can be put into place.

We are being told and can see for ourselves that all these things add up into a huge call and response by normal folks, the middle classes, for instance, and the poor, who have all been further displaced in the last five years or so ~ much worse than we could ever have imagined back in the 50's and 60's. It's been outrageous yet most people are terrified of things they imagine coming. When, in fact, all they have to do is look around them and within their own hearts to know this is true.

When I lived up on a mountain overlooking Salmon, Idaho, doing research and 911 happened; I noticed at once that all the other people who lived in town and up on the mountain turned off their lights at night, they were so afraid, and this fear was tangible and in the air so-to-speak. Although I never had much money, I burned a light at night just as a token and a beacon of light that meant to show fearlessness ~ I did not always feel but needed to shine for others whose lives were filled with darkness after that event.

What needs to be realized is that the WORST has already happened and is upon us now. Whether you are able to realize this or not ~ another kinder, fabulous, caring Age of Aquarius is here for the asking and it is available to whoever can get out of their own fear based belief systems; the old financial systems, the old paradigms of fear that have enslaved us all these years now. There are literally millions of us against them and even those funny and ridiculous elites ~ they are also US.

When watching demonstrations like in London, or Egypt, there were a few Bobbys or a few tanks against hundreds and thousands of their own people, who could at any moment simply sit upon those police and climb into those tanks and hold those others absolutely still for arrests.

Once we realize just how powerful we really are, it's all over but the shouting. Better yet, there is an even easier way to stop the madness, the endless wars, strife and stuggles, the pain, the agony, the endless killing of all that is precious and it's to IMAGINE a different world and bring it into being in your own mind and then be quiet. Be silent. Do nothing but watch it come forth into full manifestation.

This is, indeed, how we can get there from here ~ no matter where we live in the world and we can do it by uniting in honor again, in decency, in kindness, and we can get there by harming no being ever again. And so it is.... Much love! xoxoxoxoox

Thanks for posting that, it is interesting.

If all of the flooding has been purposely caused, I wonder if it has to do with increasing the liquefaction susceptibility of the area.

This would, in turn, increase the level of property damage and/or loss of life in an upcoming Mid-America earthquake.

What is liquefaction?
Liquefaction may occur when water-saturated sandy soils are subjected to earthquake ground shaking. When soil liquefies, it loses strength and behaves as a viscous liquid (like quicksand) rather than as a solid. This can cause buildings to sink into the ground or tilt, empty buried tanks to rise to the ground surface, slope failures, nearly level ground to shift laterally tens of feet (lateral spreading), surface subsidence, ground cracking, and sand blows.
