'Image captures of video footage from the Fukushima nuclear plant appear to show a fire. According to Alexander Higgins and other bloggers, the Japanese shut down the webcam after the images below appeared on the internet. Lucas White Field Hixson posted the images last night, according to Higgins. There is also an animation of the images posted on YouTube.

Fukushima is now almost entirely off the corporate media radar screen. If the photos below are accurate, the situation at the plant is out of control and still emitting dangerous levels of radiation. There is no mention of the fire or a possible explosion at the plant by the corporate media.'

Scary stuff.

The whole saga seems to have been wiped of all mainstream media.

Alexander HIggins is doing a good job here, as he did during the Gulf Oil Spill.

His blog is really worth keeping an eye on for updates..

Good work Horizons, im thinking we should really be bumping this whole topic back to the top of the pile , where it belongs.

I really feel for the Japanese people they must be feeling so forgotten in all of this.

The last reports i heard about the plant workers was that they were only doing 10 min shifts.

Horrific stuff, i shudder to think what the death count is up to now for those workers.

My thoughts and prayers are with them and the people of Japan.

Blessings,

A
