I joined Avalon because I believe I have something to give and I am searching for the truth.U.F.O’s, Paranormal, Earths Events all these things fascinate me. When we join up it asks your interest and what you can give to the forum.
It does not say try to debunk everthing.Although healthy debate is ok some members on here continually debunk everything or are so opionated on certain topics, Maybe it’s me or maybe it’s the powers that be.
Please no negativity toward this post if you feel you have to then don’t. We all came here because the above fascinates us. I love Avalon and what it stands for and I will keep searching

i came here because after my own awakening i needed to know more. i became a huge fan of project camelot and project avalon, along with some other sites: prisonplanet, infowars, halfpasthuman, etc. but one day, i was checking out the avalon forum and i was so excited about all of the information that i was reading. so i came here to learn more about what was happening to all of us and why it is happening. and i can tell you that i have not been disappointed in the least. i have learned so much. i didn't have anything to offer: i don't believe i was ever abducted, i may have seen a ufo once, i'm not an ascended anything at this point; however, i have offered questions to posters to learn more and i've tried to never create problems on subjects that i am unfamiliar with. i have found my niche here and have also been rewarded with a few friendships. and the learning curve just keeps going up for me. and that is why i am here.
thanks for posting this thread.

I felt drawn here. I have so many questions in my mind, and I feel like I have been "searching" my whole life. It is as if I have a great knowledge within me that I can awaken if I can only find the right place to "be".

I had been reading the transcripts and watching the videos for whistleblowers/witnesses on Camelot & Avalon for some time. I joined the forum after the Charles interview because it was the first opportunity for me to interact personally with a whistleblower/witness who was very interesting. I've since stayed because I seem some value in the postings of other members, and I like to collect nuggets of truth and find new tangents to explore.
Came over from the first forum. Ended up there researching UFOs. I have always been interested in the alternative media/occult/esoteric/spirit from an early age but havent got a clue what Im doin. :) Trying to find a reason for all this I guess. Always felt completely out of step with just about everyone else in the normal mainstream world and this is one of a few places to come for some real connection.

To stretch my heart and flex my mind!
To learn, grow, and exchange ideas.
This forum is like a rock tumbler. We are the rocks, the water is the flow of Truth, and the information that is shared symbolizes the grit. Let it work it's magic and the rocks come out nice and polished! The tumbler makes a lot of noise because rocks bump into each other and bump into the boundaries of the barrel but the process represents a movement towards excellence. Along with personal introspection, the epigenetic function of this forum catalyzes self-growth (to grow into Self) when it's value is recognized and utilized properly. We are here to help each other help ourselves.
I have followed Project Camelot (and Avalon) since it's dawn. This site, and David Wilcock's site, are my main sources of information pertaining to alternative media.
We are all Truth seekers.
Much Love and Thanks to all of you,
Vivek

I found the Project Camelot videos on You Tube which led me to the Project Camelot website which led me here to Avalon. I stayed here to learn. And I learn more and more every day!
i suspect many of us don't know exactly why we came here, but nevertheless we arrived right on schedule, if you know what i mean;)
i arrived with the Charles influx, though it had nothing to do with Charles or his material, really. i was a long time admirer of Camelot and enjoyed the video interviews immensely. but i hadn't been to the site in some time, and when i arrived at Avalon i didn't even know about the Bill/Kerry split - that's how out of the loop i was!
anyway, i somehow had it in my head that i needed to join the forum in order to read the forum posts, so i did. i didn't even really have any intention of posting myself, just wanted to play voyeur. well 1 post turned into 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, and the rest as they say, is history.

I think I did too. Lurked for several years first. Learned a great deal, and I remain grateful for this.
Nobody was talking about this in a "balanced" way much before. Really, so much hyperbole they still aren't for the most part.
I came, and finally joined, to add some energy to the dissent. I'm sick of status quo and have been my entire life but not known how to articulate or even feel this directly. Just know it as "unhappy" and thought it was normal. It isn't.
We can do better and will if we keep connecting with ourselves and each other.

I came here as a follow up to Bill and Kerry's interviews in 2006-2007. They annonced their future project; Avalon forum, as a way to gather like minded people, in the spirit of the 'ground crew' concept mentioned in the New Paradigm, last book of the series by George Green. I was very eager to join.
3 years later, the question to me is Why do you stay?
And I stay for the same reason I joined. I am passionate to discover the hidden history of our kind. I have two young 'poweful in spirit' boys. I want them to begin their journey strongly rooted in real knowledge, in opposition to the 'official version' of history and science.

i have also been a great fan of the camelot work. and now avalon, was bit gutted when they first seperated but it has become a good thing with 2 different avenues that once again meet up in the middle., ihave enjoyed my time here so far tho im a pretty new member, its also good to be around other people that are into exposing truth and also learning about other issues and topics, love it here so far and the people that are here:). debate is a good thing too and usually how one learns, there is positive and negative in everything so you have to look at things from both sides too, anyway, im really glad to be a member here, thanks:)

For alot of the reasons already stated and because I feel like theres something important that I need to know thats right on the tip of my tongue but I cannot speak it because I'm unsure of what is it I'm suppose to know and remember.
To learn from all these wonderful people and absorb a wealth of information that I was finding it hard to do by myself and perhaps even validation that I was not alone in feeling this way.

I knew there had to be a better way to discuss the topics at hand. You can only read so many You Tube comments before losing all faith in the human race. :frusty:

I came here after spending about one year listening to and watching the videos in the Camelot library. I was fascinated by Bob Dean and since his was the first interview I watched, I stayed to see them all. After the forum split, I decided that I preferred Bill's "style" to Kerry's so I joined Avalon and now I stay because of the members. I am, without a doubt, the least spiritual/enlightened person on this forum and have never had an interest in this aspect of life. However, I learn from the people here every day and apologize that I cannot add anything important to discussions on this subject.
If there are ever any threads on banking scams and the government's involvement in them or the pharmaceutical industry's illegal activities, then I can add meaningful dialogue, from first hand knowledge. So, in the meantime, I appreciate all of you allowing me to enjoy being a member here without contributing too much yet.

Hi Everyone,
I'm sure glad you all came here as learning is way better when there is lots of dialogue:) I started out at Camelot, lurked at Avalon for a while and then decided to join as I liked the variety of knowledgeable posters. Shortly thereafter Charles arrived on the scene!
I spend numerous hours daily reading posts and find lots of intellectual nuggets and spiritual teachings as well as many channeled messages, and experiences of those visiting other dimensions. All very interesting and candy for the mind for sure.
What I miss the most though is that there are not many Heart-to-Heart communications as this is the language of LOVE. The one thing all humanity has in common are feelings and nothing brings a community closer together to create a united consciousness than sharing openly from the heart.
I try to do this in my posts but find little response. Are we a society that is dumbed down to emotions and afraid to share them too? Or is it just EGO that keeps us from sharing our vulnerabilities with one another. The emotion Love, has the higher vibration of all!
Sorry guys just realized this is derailing the thread so will just say happy to be here and happy you are here too.

It seems as though we are all here for a similar reason. A thirst for knowledge and a hunger for more minds to share the knowledge and have rational debate. Don't worry about the debunkers. I remember feeling exactly as you do when I came across people debunking the things I had started to believe. I now have learned to appreciate their efforts as there is some completely unfounded and incorrect information out there. The truth is yours to discover...
I am glad you joined us and good luck in your quest for the truth!
Peace as always!

Did you see the 'vaccines cause autism' thread just started in the general section? If you could spill some beans on the illegal activities of the pHARMa, I'm sure it'll be appreciated by many!
And... to keep the post on topic: I discovered Project Camelot in 2007 when I was learning to knit and realised I can't just sit there and knit, so I went surfing for some videos. I was pretty hooked from the start, realising that I wasn't the only one in the world who felt the need to question things. When the first Avalon Forum started, I was there, occasionally took breaks, never posted much, but read a lot, and then I joined here when the first forum ended.
I came here because of project camelot. Their interviews were great, long enough to learn and listen to people like Jim Mars, Bob dean, Joseph Farrel and all were very informative in a constructive way for me, but what led me to them, was the economic collapse and my search for E.T.'s and better understanding of people and things that surround me.
I don't pay attention to who leaves P.A. becuase is not my business, I would share information even if it's with only one of you left in here. I choose to stay to learn and share.
You are all good nuggets.

Hi Everyone,
I spend numerous hours daily reading posts and find lots of intellectual nuggets
I understand how you feel and hope you gain a more direct connection to this place. It is hard lately because it is. But so many of the people here actually know what is going on and for that I'm grateful. Where I work, where I live, and even in my own family I must live a double life. Their reality and mine.
EGO keeps us from walking off the cliff or in front of the car and remembering to eat, but it makes for a lonely place to dwell.
I suppose I am rather numb from a relatively tough life.
I feel, but carefully and usually alone. Haven't had much time for it because I spent so much time on it before, mostly suffering. Not whinging right now, mind you. I learned empathy and it wasn't the easiest lesson but I am deeply grateful for it.
Now I know what joy is in a quiet way, and that's the thing I like to share and pass on. I'm a poor student, but learning. I think this is why we come to earth. To experience what it is to be "alone" and try to figure it out. That's enough for now.
I appreciate that you are here too. And that I can get real to you guys.
