Reading their information, it is very likely that half their effectiveness is tied to their connections... rather than their 'other capacities'.

It is like the announcement of an entry fee that is required to be paid, to play (successfully) in that area of the globe ....and that once done, the same people are also deep within your business interests in that particular given endeavor.

Move into an area, wipe it out, clean the floor of blood, make a pop stand (lemonade, 5 cents) and then own the structure that emerges.

Same old game.
