As I understand it, tThey need the water so they can heat it up to 'blow', thus forming an apparent earthquake. But they need it to soak down enough first, and then they need to aim the HAARP properly, and I don't have that much faith in their 'genius' to do it, first time out at least...

Agree there Lost Soul, and perhaps even before that. Africa has been sick, starving and embroiled in wars for decades with enormous loss of life.

There are legitimate and benevolant reasons for blowing levees and that is why they are set up to begin with (to have options on where to put excess water during such times).

Now ... if are asking why the PTB/W would be doing so ... they would manipulate the rainfall to begin with to get as much weight as possible on the faultline. Remember the "natural" forces involved with earthquakes have to do with the tides and the Moon.

truthseekerdan; thanks for this video. Yup, quite aware of John P. Holdren... pretty hard not to be aware of his presence. What can a thinking person say to any and all of this?

I freak out when I see thousands of trees, and in some cases old water oaks that took 100's of years to grow, being cut down in a matter of a week. And its happening all over the area where I live at an ever excellerating rate. If that injury isn't bad enough, here's the added insult: these old oaks are being replaced with the likes of "Chick Fil A's", and such.

It blows my mind to see black bears wandering across my back yard. They are there because a very rich multi-national (supposedly environmentally friendly) developer is stripping an old growth area (including the forrest mat, by the way) for purposes of some hair-brained tourist trap sceme he's designed to entice other rich people to come there and "hunt pheasant." I still can't believe he got the OK for this. Does knowing that this sort of on-going growth scenerio isn't sustainable make me a bad person? I mean, this is why I only had two children.

Sometimes, I pray, with all of my might, that humans would stop being so increditably stupid. I'm ashamed of the entire human race, as a whole. Yup, I am ashamed to be called human. I actually understand why Holdren thinks there should be some global rules. However, I'm even more ashamed of Holdren's ideas for depopulation.

the depopulation of earth has preceded at a slow rate for a long time.
i.e. how many people with jobs are there, how many people can't afford food, proper food even....the attrition is in the minds of people
(if we said attrition is in [/eating away at] the hearts of people...we mean everything done by injustice as what SYGH see/saw)

the depopulation of the world can fast be precipitated if the food supply is effected (many have talked about supermarkets only having days worth of food)

i'm actually enticed by the vision of Paul LaViolette (sp?-but close), if earth becomes an unsurviable reck every 30thousand years or so,
it means in an ideal world, we should already have had space technology to get out of here {& return when the worst is over-----& i mean for all 7/8billion of us}
we should not have had this 'money economy' were everyone is exploited and (while money is nice, saving for possessions still nicer, that principle must also be there in a perfected system) we are like rats waiting to die.
