Well it would be cheaper to pay regular hotels to immigrants, food included. I bet anything that some polices receive kik back for booking as much people as possible. This really looks like trafic tickets in some countries. Except that you damage people for life.

But immigrants are usually deported, because it is cheaper for the central government. The money waste for apparantly security and defense largely excede the real cost from criminal acts. And does encourage criminal acts because its legitimacy is based on the existance of a threat.

The detension of Americans is a billion dollar industry, who do you think lobbys for all the drug laws with longer and longer and longer sentences. They dont care who you are, it is a training camp for the social engeneers and a money maker for the elites.
